Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen zum Übernachten.

Ich habe ein upgrade erhalten und hatte ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer. Herzlichen Dank. Mit einem sehr feinen, guten Frühstück bin ich in den Tag gestartet. Es bleiben mir sehr gute Erinnerungen an das Hotel.

Es war alles perfekt. Für mich hat alles gepasst,

Beautiful Basel. Great value.

We were given the largest nicest room in the hotel. It had an upstairs loft for the queen bed and bath and two story windows. Beautiful space, very comfortable and impeccably clean. Our stay came with free public transit passes but we were unable to use them due to the timing of our stay. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Location was walkable to the city center and felt very safe. Great value.

Parking was a garage down the street but difficult to get to by car. But that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Excellent

Room was ready for early check-in as requested. The location was ideal for walking to the historic sites. Loved that they had coffee and tea available all day.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a great location.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and very spacious accommodation.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice. The access to the car parking space was a little bit ‘challenging’ 😂

Ideal place to stay near to the town centre and the river

The available hot drinks all day was very welcome. The outside terrace was comfortable and a relaxing time after walking around the city.

A little more information offered about the area. We were given the details of a tourbus to take us around the city but when we red it, it was not available on the day we were there.

Perfect hotel for the Basel Carnaval. Definitely recommend it if this is your reason for going.

Super location. Next to steps that lead straight down to the main central old town area and tram lines. Perfect for the carnaval - and there were even carnaval groups just behind the hotel marching around so no need to even go down to the crowded Town Hall if you don’t want to. Cafes, restaurants all around. Indian restaurant right next door.

Coffee machine in room would have been nice but coffee and tea was available in the breakfast room at all times so it was fine.

it was so close the old town and the other side of the bridge. They gave us Basel card to provide 50% in many museums and you can also travel with city bus for free with this card.

- good location, close to city center - good value for money especially in Switzerland where all are quite expensive - room was pretty big, spacious
