overall great stay

the hotel was beyond expectations , the staff were so attentive and quick . hotel was very clean rooms were very clean and big enough for a family of 4. breakfast on the terrace was really nice . reception staff was very friendly and accommodating specially Mr.Allan.

they should have proper CCTV security cameras places outside the hotel in the hotel parking lot .

I had to move hotel

the pictures at the website is not the sam the hotel is extremely noisy , the keys didn't t work and the staff it wasn't t helpful at all. we didn't t get our money back either after booking for 15 days. what a shame

the hotel itself it is in a very noisy road facing a gas station, the first floor there is trash everywhere

Superb

The hospitality, food and the staff was so co-operative. Special thanks to Mr Mahendra, the Restaurant Team Leader who helped us so much to arrange for the anniversary dinner date at a very short notice. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The communication of the front desk was a bit poor. They didn't had co-ordination between them. Else everything was perfect. The services were so quick.

no smile seen with the service staff and room 309 had a loud ac . unsmiling service is certainly a sad thing in the hospitality industry . both at the reception and also the breakfast area

The team at the reception was very polite and responsive

A new group of visitors checked in. past 10 PM and the ladies were a bunch of noisy brunts who cared less for others privacy and slamming the doors, talking loud. I honestly wanted to come out of my room and address the issue, or phone the reception.
