Entirely what I expected.

Location is exactly what is descibed as being in Margao town. Which is fine. It is adequately clean and there is plenty of hot water and the WiFi works too.

The hotel is on the 5th floor and is accessed via a lift, which is O.K. but stops overnight. This is when the stairway access is padlocked closed. The main problem, and it is a big one, is that this property locks the physical/fire exits overnight. Yes, the exits from the building are padlocked shut from night time until around 6 in the morning. If there were to be a fire the occupants would be trapped like rats in a cage and consequently die. This property should not be allowed to operate as a hotel until this situation is rectified. I realise that the property owners will use excuses along the lines of keeping "bad men" out, but it does not change the fact that it locks hotel occupants in behind padlocked cage doors. This hotel must be removed from all booking sites until this is rectified.

Room was clean and present in good location. Other staff were good but did not like the receptionist behaviour was not that good not a smile on face while receiving guest. In all rooms are great for staying in city.

Staff was quite good in behaviour.

I enquired about queen size bed, so thay said that They have only twin beds bedroom. Which is normal. There was no shampoo provided, they gave just a 1 soap. You can't charge your phone near the bed as they don't have 3 pin wall socket. They have 2 pin. No complementary water bottle was provided. They had kept a plastic jug. Even now a days Oyo kinda properties are providing comp water bottle.
