Imagine vacationing for a week at Cape Cod, right on the beach! See, hear, smell, feel the ocean at all times! You can do that in this large, beautiful 3 bedroom condo overlooking the Nantucket Sound and parts of Martha’s Vineyard- Chappaquiddick Island. An expansive deeded beach awaits just steps away and you can stroll for miles. The beach atmosphere extends inside the apartment as you are always reminded where you are through the decor and the views (direct ocean views from the living room, two of the bedrooms and 2 decks). For the time that you will spend inside, the apartment will provide comfort for the entire family. The master bedroom is huge and has a king bed, master bath and closet, as well as access to a deck with lounge furniture. Two other bedrooms, one being earmarked for kids with bunk beds and trundle, are also ready to receive their guests in style. And there are also two extra full bathrooms, so nobody has to wait for the shower after a long day at the beach. A large, beautiful and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. Internet, phone and cable tv (flat screens in the living room and the adult bedrooms) will keep you connected and entertained. But there are countless opportunities for entertainment in the area as well. Tidewatch is one of the villages in New Seabury and the New Seabury Country Club is the closest attraction, directly across the street and accessible for exceptional dining. A short walk/ride/drive takes you to Popponesset Marketplace, a charming summer hub with shops, restaurants (including Raw Bar, the home of the award winning lobster roll), ice cream, coffee, mini golf and free concerts. Popponesset Inn is also here and provides exquisite, ocean side dinning (don’t forget to make a reservation). New Seabury is close to Mashpee Commons (5 minute drive, with great shops, restaurants, movie theater) and the nearby towns of Falmouth and Hyannis where you can also take a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket for a daytrip. Your hub for an amazing vacation at Cape Cod and some unforgettable…well, nautical nonsense!

Great view of Nantucket Sound. This 3-bedroom 3-bath condo was spacious and wonderfully decorated. The host was very helpful and maintained contact throughout the stay. Two issues to be aware were that the unit is on the second floor, stairs no elevator. and the laundry is pay for use on the first floor of the building. It is a great spot in a perfect location if you want a water view. Mashpee commons is close and provides great shopping and food options. New Seabury is a very upscale community. A Great Stay

The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The views were great. We like the place so much that we booked for next year. The unit was on the second floor and therefore required you to go up and down stairs. (no elevator)

We had an amazing time on our vacation on the cape and this condo was everything and more than we imagined. It was clean, spacious, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Florin was responsive, attentive and very accommodating! The condo is fully equipped with everything possible. We can’t wait to go back!

Our experience has been that Cape properties typically over charge and under deliver. This was a refreshing exception -a clean and updated, spacious layout and location. Fully equipped, providing beyond the average rental, in all ways. It’s worth what you will pay for the higher standard of condo, comforts, privacy, views and solitude. Owners readily available via text and extremely hospitable. We will go back as long as they continue to offer their home for rent.

After looking at several properties I decided on this condo in New Seabury. It was perfect location to get to beach, local shops, nearby towns, marina, golf … I ran every morning on quiet and gorgeous trails. Can’t say enough about how lucky we got finding this beautiful property - it was exactly as shown - designed like a show house - felt like a true vacation home - property manager was easy to reach with any questions - we will def be back ! Don’t miss this part of Cape Cod - you won’t be disappointed .

Overall nice condo

The condo was very clean and well designed and decorated. The owner is great and had excellent communication. Renters should be aware that there is no outdoor grill which we found was challenging during the summer. Although there was an indoor grill, it just was not the same. Also, there is no laundry in the unit. There is a shared laundry room that is coin operated. This was problematic since there is apparently a coin shortage in the US and when we went to the bank they were unable to give us change.

This three bedroom, three bath condo has everything one needs for a nice beach vacation. Plenty of open space to congregate, a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in beautiful New Seabury. I highly recommend this property and the owner was very helpful. Excellent communications! We will definitely consider renting here again!!!

Glorious couple of weeks on the Cape. Condo is gorgeous and exactly as pictured -large family gathering space and 3 bedrooms/3 baths meant everyone had plenty of personal space too. Two balconies with water views! Tons of little extras like beach gear, extra linens and towels, cooking supplies and helpful notes about things to do. Florin is a great host-super responsive and helpful. New Seabury is wonderful. People we encountered were respectful about wearing masks and respecting social distancing. It’s our new favorite go-to place to stay for Cape visits!

Perfect beach condo

Florin’s place is as nice as the photos show, and Florin is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Having a private beach in a beautifully maintained community with a short walk to all that the Popponesset Marketplace has to offer PLUS a nicely decorated and laid-out space made for a wonderful vacation. We would go back in a heartbeat.
