Era foarte curat , în fiecare zi îți aducea apă în cameră , îți făceau curat , îți schimbau prosoapele … erau foarte atenți la detalii … micul dejun diversificat , aveai ce să îți alegi .. ne-a plăcut foarte mult … super aproape de bazar

Bad location, full with dirty wholesale shoe shops

Breakfast was ok. Some of the staff members were really nice but not all.

The location is really bad, dirty, littered and noisy streets, dirty neighborhood full with fake wholesale shops. So littered and full with paper boxes that the taxi even could not come into the street. Only the big bazaar is close but all the other attractions are not walking distance. We stayed with our baby and the baby cot was not clean, I found coins, business card, crumbs and hair in it and instead of bed matress they use a sofa backrest. Towels for 2 adult and 1 kid was only 1 big and 2 small. If we go back to Istanbul we will book in a different hotel. Not like on the pictures, street is not visible in the advert and this hotel is a good example how the neighborhood can degrades the evaluation of a hotel.

Reasonable but not fancy

The location is pretty good if you plan to spend few days in Istanbul and see the main attractions, really close to everything. The rooms are fairly modern, spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

The hotel is on a shoe bazar street, so in the evening you have to walk though piles of rubbish the merchants leave behind. We had breakfast included, but it’s the same every day and not much variety, especially if you like veggies. Some took my sock, I’m not sure what to think about it yet… why not both? :)

No destacaría rea en particular. Es un hotel normal en tots Ema sentits

Els coixins, si t’agraden alts i durs, estara feliç si no, quedes desnucat. Per tapar-ta al llit, hi ha una mena de Cobrellit que no arriba be, o et tapes per day o per baix, es tapa in o es tapa l’altre. No esta gens insonoritzat i se senten tots els posibles incívics que pugui haver al hotel. Vaig oblidar una jaqueta al armari i no hi ha hagut manera de recuperar-la. Una llastima

Excelente location

The location is just great, in less than a minute walk you’re already at the Main Street full of shops, retailers, groceries, etc. The breakfast was very inclusive and delicious.

It is true that the streets outside the hotel are a little bit loud in the morning. But that’s actually what makes the hotel special, watching the day by day lives of Turkish people.

Good location, clean room. Reception staff polite and helpful. Hotel good location for sight seeing.

If fridge stayed on. Breakfast not great as hot food not very warm. Fruit option ok and luckily they had a toaster. Catering staff unfriendly

It’s a Botik hotel in the center of the old city. The staff were very nice and patient, answered every question and were very helpful. The Rooms were clean, big and with air-conditioner. We enjoyed our time their very Mach.

Breakfast needs more variety and maybe slightly different menu daily, overall its you get what you pay for. Also, maybe add a toilet douche pipe for hygiene washing for convenience.

The hotel location is very good, near the tramway station and the entrance of grand bazar

There is about 10 stairs to claim to the hotel and there is no one to help you if you are using wheel chair or you have baby stroller, every time you should ask the reception person to help you, if you didnt ask he will not help. I confirmed to have baby park in the room, but it doesnt available, i ask for extra pillow also they didnt have, the bed was not so clean. Regarding the lecation its very good and very near, but the stores under the hotel openned at early morning and make too much noise, for me wasnt so bad because you should wake early to start your tour.

Good facilities + location + price

We had a family room (5 people). The room/ bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. The property is also very conveniently located to the the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia (10/15 min walk). Also very close to the high street with lots of shops/food places Inc Hafiz Mustafa (desserts) and McDonald’s/Burger king. The staff were polite and helpful. Can’t really fault the hotel for what we paid.

I can't fault our stay at Eliza Hotel. Everything was perfect. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was plentiful and on a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Plenty of towels, mini fridge to cool drinks. The best shower I've ever had. Comfy beds. Big rooms with lots of space. Location was fantastic - right in the heart of everything. Grand Bazaar a five minute walk. Taxis dropped off outside the door and picked us up there too. Staff were so friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to people.

Great stay. Superb staff

The staff was excellent. They saw we had a small baby, so they gave us a room upgrade. Thanks so much for that. Breakfast was fresh. The desserts were great. The location is great. 10min walk to grand bazar. 15min walk to Hagia sofia

I wish there were more options in the breakfast. The taste was good, though. The vegetarian options were not much

Staff was very kind and friendly. The owner of the hotel always asks me if i need anything. Food is good and delicious. The most thing i like is room and bed are very clean. It feels like home. Definitely will stay on this beautiful place again

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel Maybe 2 and a half.

Close to Blue Mosque and Hagya Sofia.

The room is in bad taste, very poor, it smells, very noisy, the bedding uncomfortable. The breakfast of pour quality.
