Excellent

Everything was top quality hosts were very friendly and spent time talking and gave great recommendation to local restaurant Molly’s the accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed and shower were fantastic spacious room with tea coffee etc an excellent breakfast was provided lovely fry and plenty of other choices available one of the best bnb’s stayed in would highly recommend

Internet was patchy but that wasn’t a bad thing as phone free time was relaxing

It's a lovely rural setting with opportunity for walks and easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything was just perfect!

A real gem which you will be so glad you decided to book.

Ferney House was excellently planned, furnished and arranged to give guests a perfect stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished, each with its own en suite. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was tea and coffee making facilities which was very welcomed. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was top rate. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. We were attending a party in a local hotel and could not get a room there but we were so glad the hotel was fully booked as we got to stay in this gem of a B&B. We would definitely return here and recommend it.

Perfect

We only needed to stay for one night and they were lovely and friendly. Very comfortable bed! Simple B&B but done really well and will definitely be back when we are next in the area!

No complaints at all. It was very good and was exactly what we needed.

We would recommend this property and will book again.

Very comfortable accommodation with nice extras like kettle tea coffee biscuits etc. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast!

What a beautiful, high quality bed and breakfast. Owned and run by the lovely Jody and Carmel who were so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I gave a few good marks because we didn’t use the shower/Tea/etc but I’d score this a 9

We didn’t use the facilities but it all looked great. Breakfast was nice as were the hosts.

An outstanding experience

This is a truly exceptional establishment in terms of the quality of the room, bedding, furnishings and en-suite bathroom, as well as the attention paid to proper cleaning. It is set in a beautiful house in a very peaceful, rural location with secure, gated parking. The hosts, Jodi and Carmel, clearly enjoy engaging with customers in a friendly, interested and interesting way, without demanding more of your time than you want to give. Breakfast was outstanding. What made the difference was the high quality of the ingredients. I will be recommending Ferney House to my friends and family.

Ferney House is so clearly head and shoulders above the run-of-the-mill B&B that all it needs to do to stay ahead is to carry on doing what it already does so well.

Highly recommend this B&B- very comfortable, spacious rooms. Hosts were lovely and friendly.

Breakfast room was beautiful. Food was lovely. Host were happy to cook whatever breakfast items you would like and even inlcluded extra which was a lovely thoughtful touch. Beds extremely comfortable.

Could not find fault with this property, easy to find. The property was very secure and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a very comfortable stay at ferney house and felt very much at ease there. We would stay again

The house is beautiful. Clean lines and very fresh and bright. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the hosts very friendly.

The location isn't easy to find in part due to the lack of signage (this is in the pipeline to be sorted).
