I loved the house and would love to stay longer.

The garden was very beautiful, the rooms were modern and beautiful. A washing machine was very nice.

A shelf in the shower for shampoo & razor would be nice.

Living in local neighborhood with great food and shopping and a private garden .

This a beautiful modern home. Everything was clean and spacious. The outside was like our own private garden! MariaFrancesca’s parents met us where our taxi dropped us off. Since cars can’t drive through the square, her mother walked us to La Primavera while her dad brought our luggage on his motorcycle. Quintessential Italian experience. At first we thought we might get lost on the 5-10 minute walk to the house but we were able to orient ourselves quickly. La Primavera is a quick 10 minute walk to Piazza Vitoria and the Mt. Solaro chair lift and a quicker walk to the old town piazza. You pass by a lot of stores and restaurants on your walk.

Come back here again

Located in the center of Anacapri, you can spend quietly. We have everything you need for a long stay, so you can spend a comfortable time. The garden is wonderful and you can harvest fresh vegetables and fruits. My wife liked the lemon and the kids liked the tomato. The owner was very kind and helped me move my luggage to the nearest bus stop. If you have any questions, they will reply immediately. My only regret is not being able to go to the Blue Grotto. We will definitely come back here again when we visit Anacapri.

This villa was a sheer delight to stay in. The villa is not just spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, it also has a beautiful garden. Our little one could not have enough of all the fruits and vegetables growing in the garden. Our host Mariafrancesca and her parents, Costanza and Franco, were very kind and helpful hosts with a big heart. While it is a bit of a walk with some steps to get to the villa, the hosts were very helpful. In fact, they got our bags from the main square and back to the main square after check-out. The walk is worth what awaits at the villa. Thank you so much for your hospitality we look forward to visiting again.

Everything!! The host met us, assisted with bookings, tours, transfers etc. The property was better in real life than in pics, the courtyard was fantastic, relaxing, not to mention we got to hand pick fruit to enjoy. The house was extremely clean, fresh and contained all the little extras to help make it that bit more special. We would highly recommend this to anybody wanting to experience an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The privacy was great! Very clean, nicely remodeled and very spacious for 5 people. beautiful relaxing garden.

There were a lot of stairs to head into the central market, but not much compared to the rest of the town.

We had the best time spend in the villa. Amazing atmosphere with warm greeting. Everything was clean and fresh. In every request they asked to us and they helped us with our luggage, choosing the best restaurant and also booked for us the best places on the island.

I will note: if you want to get a good cardiovascular workout this will get you going. Many steps, but once you are at the top lovely shops and restaurants.

La Primavera was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay & cannot recommend staying here enough. The owners, Maria & her father Franco were two of the most beautiful people we met on our trip around Italy. They met us at the local bus stop & helped take our luggage to the accomodation. Maria was very helpful re town insights & recommendations. The accomodation is great. Not only was it super spacious for 6 guests, but was clean, comfortable & in a brilliant location. We loved the garden as well. The photos do not do the place justice, it was so much larger in real life. It truly was wonderful! There is nothing to fault about this beautiful place. We look forward to staying here again one day!

Really sweet and helpful hosts. Lovely and very clean home. We love staying away from tourists and among locals, and this property fit the bill. The garden and comfy swing were an especially nice touch.

It's about 10 minutes uphill walk into the center of town. Not too far for us (2 teen, 2 seniors, and 2 adults), but those in poor health should keep that in consideration.

La Primavera was amazing!

Huge space with fantastic bedrooms and the garden was great! Maria Francesca, the host, was incredible! She met us at the bus station and showed us a number of bars/restaurants on the way to the property. You could message her if you had any questions or if in need of any recommendations she would give u a list of ideas. She suggested the chairlift to the top of capri (views were fantastic) and the lighthouse for sunset. Honestly couldn’t rate her highly enough, 100% will return!

Newly decorated house, all clean and spacious, we were 3 adults and 3 children in 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, for 7 days. Excellent and quick communication with the host. They waited for us in Anacapri and carried our luggage to and from the house with a motored little car. We enjoyed picking lemons, tomatoes (first time in a long time we ate tomatoes with a good taste) and plums from the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, naturally cool as it is situated in the basement. Toiletries, coffee capsules, sugar, salt etc were provided. We, the adults, enjoyed very nice, quiet and restful evenings in the garden. The patio was spacious enough for our two boys of 5 and girl of 10, who loved the swing. There is also a cool shower attached to the garden wall under the grapevine pergola. Excellent water pressure in the showers. The air conditioning works very well in all bedrooms. The place is 5 minutes away from the central area, a bit hard to walk in 35 degrees as there are about 30 steps at some point, but this is just a small inconvenience. Thank you, Maria Francesca & Papa for a lovely time!

Amazing location, welcoming hosts.

The hosts were so kind and meet us at the bus stop to help with luggage and direct us to the house. It is a very close walk to the town of Anacapri so easy to get everywhere. The house was completely sanitised for covid -19. I could not recommend this place enough. So beautiful. If I came back to Capri I would choose to stay here again.

Fantastic stay at La Primavera

The place was extremely clean and welcoming, there is a vegetable patch in the garden and the hosts welcomed us to eat fresh fruits from the trees, what a treat! The hosts were really helpful and dropped messages during the weekend with tips and help when we needed it. Would 100% recommend.

We didn’t not like anything, but be mindful the house is a 5 min walk from bus/taxi drop off
