Gorgeous stay in peaceful Anacapri.

The property is lovely and has a traditional look. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food offered at breakfast was delicious.

Nice hosts but some issues…

Hosts were nice! The breakfast was decent, with basic pastries/yogurt and some coffee/tea/juices. Room was clean. Central in Anacapri.

We booked a 1 bed 1 bath and paid more for a terrace. Nothing was mentioned about the terrace being under construction until we checked in and had to ask about it as we didn’t get shown the terrace or even have access to it. I think we paid more for nothing. It was 2 rooms on opposite sides. There was some late night yelling/fighting from the family below. Hosts said it was kids fighting but it wasn’t, it sounded like a man and woman and kids. It was around 12am and I needed to message the host as well as go outside to check if everything is okay. Kinda killed the vibe.

The host (Carmine) and his wife were very helpful and friendly and helped make our short stay very comfortable and relaxed. The B&B is also located not far from the main bus stop and main attractions in Anacapri, while being far enough away that it was relatively quiet (no traffic sounds, occasionally you hear people).

Local heart warm host in the Center of Anacapri

Carmine her daughter Costanza were heart warm and welcoming hosts. The bnb is better than in the pictures and is perfectly located in the Center of Anacapri. They are flexible with checkin/leaving your bags after checkout and the rooms are super clean in country house style. We would definitely come back again. If you’re hesitating - just book it. You won’t regret it.

Wonderful host

This is a wonderful B&B, the host Carmine is incredibly helpful and warm. They provide information on everything including how to use the buses, the tourist attractions, etc. The breakfast included figs from his garden. The rooms are very nice and quiet. It’s in an extremely convenient location in Anacapri and close to restaurants, stores, and transportation. We would be happy to stay here again.

We loved it!

The property was very well located…10/15mins by car or bus to any beach club on the island and to Capri city. 2 mins away from Anacapri city. Very clean. The best thing about the property was the owner…he was so nice to us and so helpful. We even had figs from his own garden for breakfast. We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful and peaceful stay!

Beautiful little B&B. Very cute and well decorated! Carmine and his family were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast has everything you need! I liked the mosquito nets on the windows. 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Would love to come back for a peaceful place to stay!

Il Vicolo will elevate your holiday to a magical place. It’s stylish, spacious and perfectly located. Breakfast on the terrace is a delight and the dapper and genial host, Carmine will share local knowledge about the best restaurants and walks which will enhance your stay. Don’t hesitate! Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice and the outside was all decorated with many plants. Our room was clean and spacious with a small peaceful terrace looking on Monte Solaro. The owners were extremely friendly, gave us lots of advice and didn't mind to do some extras. The breakfast was very fresh and tasteful and always ready when we woke up. Having breakfast on the outside common terrace/patio was a delight. The location was perfect in a very quiet part of Anacapri. Only a 10 min walk to the buses which bring you everywhere, including the nearby Punta Carena (Faro), personally one of the nicest places to swim and have a drink with an unbelievable sunset. Thank you very much!

Bells of the nearby church are ringing all day and all night long every half an hour but apparantly it is something common on the island of Capri.
