Avalon is a detached stone house situated near the village of Stroud in Cotswolds. Hosting four bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, two twin rooms, and a single with en-suite, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with breakfast bar, utility, dining room with open fire, and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside is ample off road parking, and a lawned garden to the rear with patio, furniture, hot tub and games room. Situated in a delightful location, with much to enjoy, Avalon is a wonderful cottage in a memorable part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire and woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, projector with Sky sports and full package and Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ironing board available. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden to the rear with patio, furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. If you wish to book a stag/hen or similar party, please contact us before booking. Note: There is seating for 6 people at the dining table with an additional table seating an extra 4 if necessary, making a total of 10 people. Note: The latest the hot tub can be used is 10.30pm as this property is located in a residential area, please be respectful of the neighbours..

Nestling beneath the Cotswold escarpment, there is much to explore in and around the area.
