Excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Lawsons, public transport and Imperial Palace just to name a few. Our room was very spacious for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It had a kitchenette, lounge area and very comfy beds. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff were excellent, very polite and extremely helpful. Overall a great hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Everything. It was a great hotel for families as there are lots of space. The kitchen area with table and chairs were great too. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location to sights, and to get a feel of the local neighbourhood

The location was well placed being within walking distance of 3 stations, that allowed us to go to most places without having to transfer (or transfer excessively) and is a 15 minute car ride to Disneyland to boot! That and the neighbourhood was uncrowded, quiet and fairly local allowed us to get a nice feel of the city; we especially loved walking to Ningyocho to eat. Mimaru's reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful especially with food recommendations! The apartment was sufficient - compact and comfortable for us 4. All in, we would definitely stay here the next time we come back to Tokyo.

Fantastisk vistelse i en underbar stad.

Fräscht och stort. Jättebra med takterrassen, det var bara vi som satt där. Nära till tunnelbanan och TCAT. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, dessutom var de bra på engelska.

Pleasant stay

Great position. Staff very kind and available. Free rental of many useful objects or devices available. Comfortable beds, nice diner table and all necessary information translated into English for those who do not read Japanese.

The room was a little small and it was not easy finding the space to open suitcase. Cupboards available under the beds but too dusty to use

Perfect Tokyo hotel

The hotel was wonderful! Perfect location, the staff was so helpful, especially Somit who especially helped us. We needed to check in very early after our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating. Only positives, they speak excellent English. Will definitely come back!thanks

-Check-in smoothly, staff is very friendly and accommodating. -Room is small but well planned with bunkbed and small kitchen -A coffee table is a bonus make our stay more comfortable and feel at home. -Price is right at 273usd per night in Tokyo -Good location, 10 min walk to Suitengumae station from where you can take Hazanmon line to visit Tokyo or Skyline

Bathroom a bit old and not too clean and smelly. Mattress is smelly with urine (perhaps from baby from previous guesses)

Our favorite hotel in Japan on our 10 day (3 hotel) trip!

Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a few metro and train stations and easy to get to major points of interest in Tokyo. It was interesting to see all of the salary men/women commuting to work. This was our favorite hotel (of 3 we stayed in Japan) and I will definitely look for Mimaru hotels for future trips. We loved that the toilet and shower were separate. My 16 and 19 year olds loved the "bunk beds". Each cubby had it's own light and power outlets. Very clean and modern aesthetic!

As most hotels we encountered on this trip, there aren't a lot of luggage storage spaces to unpack your items. We lived out of our suitcases in all of the hotels we stayed at.

Great hotel chain with apartment style rooms that are great for kids and family.

Location was in between train lines and convenient, except for tokyo station as it was a 20 walk. Close but not close dragging kids along. Was a great apartment style room that gave us a lot of room. We had twin futons plus tatami mat space. We had room for 3 adults a teen and and 10yo. Clean.

Wonderful stay at a very convenient, comfortable hotel.

The room was very clean. I really enjoyed the availability of lots of amenities in the lobby. If you were inclined to cook for yourself, they even had air fryers and rice cookers available to use in the room. Also, the location was wonderful. The location was very quiet, but readily accessible to the metro station, which was a block away and walkable to many places

The location wasn’t exactly picturesque being based between two elevated highways

The Japanese room was wonderful and cozy for a family of five. The staff at check in were very friendly.

Not close to Haneda airport. It took us 1 hour, with various trains, to reach the airport.

A wonderful one-night stay! Will be back!

Loved the English-speaking staff and help they provided getting taxis and ensuring our comfort. My family would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very clean with convenient amenities.

Location from Ginza is quite a walk. We took a taxi which is more expensive.
