避難訓練とハト・アリ対策をしっかりしてください。

毎年ヒルトン北谷に泊まっているので、北谷というロケーションはともても気に入っており、大満足です。低層階ではありましたが、絶景のオーシャンビューで花火も楽しめました。フロントのスタッフの方も気持ちがよく、基本的にはいいホテルであったと思います。

毎年ヒルトン北谷の方には泊まっており、今回初のダブルツリーでとても期待しておりましたが、結果的には残念でした。宿泊3日目（10月8日）の朝食時にレストランに鳩が迷い込んでの大捕物、こればっかりは運なので仕方ありませんが（ホテル側も初めてとのこと）、問題は4日目（10月9日）の朝食時に「2階で火事です」の警報。結果的には誤報だったのですが、警報が鳴り響く中不安な宿泊客をほったらかしでスタッフは無線でなにやらやゴニョゴニョとやりとりをしており問いただすと「確認中です」とのこと。確認てなに？誤報だろうがなんだろうが警報がなってたらまっさきに宿泊客の誘導をしなきゃダメなんじゃないでしょうか。マニュアル上、出火場所の確認→誘導だとしたら、まず確認していることを宿泊客に大声でアナウンスしてください。「いま出火場所を確認しているので落ち着いて集まって下さい、勝手に外には出ないでください」ぐらいのアナウンスをしてください。幸いレストランが屋外に出られる出入り口があったので、どうしていいか分からない宿泊客はワラワラと外に出ていき混乱もありませんでしたが、泣いている子供もいました。鳩の乱入も、誤報も仕方ないといえば仕方ありませんが、こちらのダブルツリーにはもう泊まりません。その他不満な点を追記。・低層階（4階）のためか室内にアリが多い。・規模が小さいので仕方ないが、ヒルトンと比べると朝食ビュッフェが1/4の規模で、連日ほぼ同じメニュー。（少なくともカレーは3日間同じ）

值得再次到訪的飯店

早餐雖然品項不多, 但是都很美味隔音真的很好, 服務人員態度都很親切且有耐心. 地點周邊動靜皆宜, 很適合多住幾天. 家人說下次可以再次拜訪喔！很值得推薦的飯店.

洗漱用品質感不好. 冰箱沒有冷藏效果.

タオル交換していただけなかったこと以外はまぁ満足です。

景色がきれいでした。朝食もおいしかったです。

部屋の清掃やタオル交換、ベッドメイキングをしていただけなかったのが残念でした。依頼しないとやっていただけないのかなとおもいましたが、その説明がなかったので依頼できませんでした。

비수기때는 더 싸게 결제할것

옆에있는 힐튼보다는 새로운 건물임. 2018년 축 바다를 더 가까이보기위해 뒷쪽 힐튼말고 이쪽을 택함. 그리고 일단 코시국때문에 2년 안쓰인걸 생각하면 정말 신축급이라고 생각. 번잡스러운거 싫으면 더블트리.

단체로 많이 오는 숙소이기도하고 조식은 맛이 없진않은데 가짓수가 부실함. 방배정 잘못받으면 복도 200m걸어야함. 겨울철에는 수영장 쓰러 옆 힐튼까지 가야함.

Overall, I am pleased with my stay. This is a great location.

The location is awesome and very convenient to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The location is convenient to local beaches as well. The outdoor bar is really nice for watching picturesque sunsets. Parking is free, so that is a perk.

The price was a little steep. I didn't choose breakfast, but it should have been included for what I paid for the 3 nights. Other locations were more affordable, but I chose Doubletree due to reputation.

A kids friendly hotel located at the super convenient spot with many restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby. The swimming pool is clean, perfect for kids. They also prepared kids amenities in the room which is so caring. A definite yes if we want to stay again

One night stay to enjoy American Village.

The rooms were of ample size and the beds were comfortable. The second floor ocean view rooms have an extended balcony with plants to keep some privacy. The hotel was very quiet despite being very close to the activity of American Village. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a nice variety of options.

for the price I paid—wish the amenities listed weee actually available.

The location was great, hotel was clean & lobby smelled nice.

All of the outdoor pools were closed & was not aware until arrive—did not advertise the closures. Indoor pool was across the street from facility. breakfast bar was limited & it would have been nice if their was a waitstaff to assist with drinks while managing younger children. hotel staff were pleasant but did not feel like they were excited to be at their jobs.
