Room was very small. Nightstand only on one side. Only an office chair for seating. Parking was very inconvenient to hotel.

Parking should have been free, parking garage should be attached to the hotel rooms should spacious

I had to pay for parking, which sucked we had to walk down an alley just to get the parking garage it is not attached to the hotel itself, Which looked scary at night, we seen a lot of homeless people hanging around. There were two other hotel that you could access from the parking garage. The room was on the small size not much room for 3 people in a two double bed room.

Horrible experience for the pricing of the stay.

Workers were friendly. The location was okay.

The first room was filthy. The other room I was transferred to had a horrible odor, pubic hair in the bathroom. The shampoo dispenser was rusted and also house keeper I guess forgot to replace towels

Your hotel rooms were unbelievably gorgeous and comfortable. The cleanliness of the entire room was impeccable. I wish every hotel room was like yours.

As a female with my daughter, I was a little nervous walking back and forth from the hotel doors to the parking garage. And I'm not a paranoid person.

The front desk Representiative Christian was amazing!

OMG! I was so nervous about staying downtown, but the location was so amazing! We were within walking distance of everything. The bar and staff were amazing! Our room was spotless, tidy, and we had the most amazing view. Our front desk rep Christian was Awesome! He was so friendly and really helped me with a stressful check-in. I don't know how my visit would've went if he didn't check me in.

There is nothing that you can fix, this property exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast service: Poorly staffed (maybe it was just bad luck that weekend) but since they were short handed it took a long time. Also breakfast wasn't free of charge as advertised it was just for two people although we were 3 in a room which wasn't explained properly anywhere. Parking is on the 5th or 4th floor can't remember of an adjacent building but there is no connection between buildings so you need to go main floor level then walk to the parking lot take and elevator and go up. The entrance to the parking building is through an alley so it feels a little odd. You need to ask for a pass in order to get int and out of the parking lot so make sure to ask for it at the front desk.

I was charged $248.00 on February 28, 2023 thru booking.com. I arrived at the hotel on March 9, 2023 I was charged $158.00 then I was charged $100.00 on March 10, 2023. I will like a full refund minus $ 14.00 for parking

breakfast was included however nobody explain us through vouchers and is just for two people per room regardless if ur party is 3 or 4. no indoor connection to parking garage. elevator floor crack snd was dirty. there is a $14 charge per day fee for parking breakfast was a la carte snd it took some time. new cook

I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. it was close to everything.

The room was ok- small bathroom. One front desk clerk needs more customer service skills. But really it was the parking that was upsetting. Despite the fact that parking was an additional fee, we had to walk down a dark alley to access the parking garage. There was always some suspicious activity behind the hotel in that alley, along with garbage dumpsters. It did not make me feel safe at all.
