Staff was good. Room sucked.

Location. Staff was good.

Elevator was out for entire stay. Room was hot when we came back because air conditioner only works when there. Get in later so takes about 2 hours to finally cool down. Shower floor slippery. Key pad to door lost battery power had to be replaced. *staff did great job replacing within 5 minutes* Room had a musty smell. No complimentary breakfast.

The room had a very bad odor, i went to the desk complain, she had a bottle of spray at the desk as if it was a regular issue. Sprayed around the and left, the smell came back. Worst .arriott experience EVER. POrdered a bagel, waited 15 min, no bagel, told that I was warned it would be a minute, however, customers ordering coffee got it right away, not until I asked for my money back did she put the bagel in the toaster.

No Bath Tub

Very nice beautiful and clean.

I specifically booked a King With Balcony room with bath tub. I booked it for the bath tub. My wife has been battling breast cancer for over a year now and we have no bath tub at home. She is finally in remission and wanted to relax in a tub so I booked this room for that specific reason. Upon entering the room we noticed there was no tub only a shower. We then called the front desk and asked about a room with a bath tub only to be told that this motel doesn't have rooms with bath tubs. I filtered rooms including a bath tub. This motel pulled up. I chose a room and it said that it had a bath tub. I looked several times to makes sure. It did not have one. We still made the best of it and over all loved the facility and if we happen to drive the 2 and a half hours to get there again we will stay here.

Overall it was a good stay.

The location was good near the highway. The food was good from the bar.

The bed was not as comfortable as I expected after reading the reviews and the linens didn’t smell fresh. The walls are thin. You can hear neighbors shower and I think there was an elephant staying upstairs.
