Nice, clean, bright hotel

This has to be the one of the cleanest hotel we’ve been in. Of course there were areas that were aging but It was well kept, it didn’t have that muggy smell, and it was bright and well lit.

We expected more for breakfast for how nice the hotel is. The eggs were great but would have liked to see at least one unique item. Some other hotels have at least one item they rotate around thats different than others.

Decent but comfortable overall.

Not very tasty at all. Sausage rubbery, not enough bread options (no whole grain or wheat). Coffee was bad.

Breakfast and no cash options and it took over an hour to get clean towels after I requested with no explanation until I called the 2nd time.

Check in issues make it not worth the effort.

It was a modern room, but I would never stay here again.

The room we booked “didn’t exist” we were told by the staff. So when we went to check in as a family of five I was told the only room available was a king size bed. This is not the room I booked so we had to wait for other accommodations to be made or go find something else. Luckily someone canceled and they gave me two rooms, but they weren’t next to each other and my husband and I had to split up the kids and ourselves into separate rooms. The pool is also not heated and the fitness center was being remodeled.

Exceptional

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the Dallas cowboy practice field. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer.

perfect location for that part of town

really clean and the studio set up meant there was space and all amenities

nothing although with a conference attending next door the gym was a little busy in the morning

my husband and I came to this hotel for a little weekend get away, we were not disappointed! we will definitely be booki

The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very awesome!!! Sitting outside at the little lounge area was very peaceful.

I can’t complain about anything.

affordable, comfortable and plenty of space for your belongings. I loved the decor and the kitchenette and all the amenities. location is great also!

breakfast wasn’t very good, could provide more vegan/vegetarian options.

Amazing stay!

The place is a must stay! Very classy, clean, high end home feel and the staff is wonderful! Also the location is perfect-close to the Star Center-walking distance

The rate was much higher the next day so I could not extend my stay:)

I would stay again for a quick trip again with a buddy. not with family

clean and close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment! Wi-Fi was excellent as well.

no shuttle offered anywhere. breakfast was not that good and the shop in the hotel had a lackluster offering in food and toiletries. pool water was to warm. indoor facility felt

will never come back!

the studio aspect

the architect didn’t think of the comfort of the guests, as the AC is blasting directly onto the bed!! So every time the AC kicks in during the night, you get the cold straight on your face. I got a head cold as a result! Then, when you ask for Tylenol or ibuprofen, they tell you they don’t carry it, and to go check at the next door hotel!!! The sense of hospitality is poor!!!!

The enviroment was quiet for a perfect holiday. Breakfast was ok. The bed in our room was super comfy and the staff and other guests at the hotel was friendly

I had same breakfast for 4 days.....at least a little change in the breakfast will be a good idea

Staff were excellent. Room was fine and very clean.

Breakfast okay. Location difficult to spot.

Exterior approach from north is unwelcoming. No easily available sigtn identifying hotel. "NO PARKING" signs ifn front of hotel, and can't enter garage until AFTER check in. Several guests frustrated.
