Beautiful stay!

Love the ambience. It offered two onsite restaurants with 2 different vibes. The staff was exceptional. Ashley was a beautiful soul!!! With beautiful makeup!!! The room was spacious. Great location!!

The water pressure in the sink was low my entire stay. Shower was fine!!!

We enjoyed everything and very happy with their front desk staff and all employees. Everyone there is nice and willing to help you out with anything you need! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

I cannot think of anything negative. I was skeptical at first when I realized our room was at ground floor facing the hotel parking, but pretty quiet over night.

Good value, good people, great location.

Did not participate in Breakfast

Need to schedule maid service and always despite two guests only one bathrobe was stocked causing me to call each day for an additional bathrobe. I reminded the front desk day that I needed two bathrobes----so if this is all one can complain about it was a pretty good stay and `i will come back.

Although we had issues with cleanliness, the staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast in the Moxie restaurant was great. Cooked and seasoned very well.

The bed sheets were not super clean and the shower leaked.

Bathrooms are amazing! The tub even fits chubby chick's! You are near everything, mall, food, entertainment all while it being pretty quiet. The dinner across the street is also delicious for breakfast.

The bed is uncomfortable there was nothing I could do to sleep well in their beds. Everything is tiny. Door ways, shower. Couldn't even get the luggage trolly past the entrance way bc it couldn't fit through.

Clean, quiet, relaxing experience!

Considering how many families we saw at the hotel, I was amazed at how quiet our room was. No doors slamming or TVs blaring through the walls. No clunky air conditioner/refrigerator sounds. We slept great, which is rare to experience in a hotel!

It's a very minor problem, but the pool was quite small and there were no tables/chairs for holding your items while you swam, or for non-swimmers to sit and watch. Just a single bench.

This was a highly rated hotel that did not live up to the reviews.

The staff member that checked me in was wonderful! He was informative and kind.

The room was supposed to have an extra blanket and pillow for the pullout sofa, but there wasn't one. I asked 4 times, once going down in person, but never got any. The final time I called (over 2 hours later and after 3 previous requests), the person at the fron desk said that he was alone now and that I would have to come and get it. Also, connecting with room service was a complete hassle. The front desk (also difficult to reach by phone) suggested that I call the restaurant from my cell phone rather than from the room. Guests shouldn't have to do that to get service that is being offered.

Everything was clean, the staff were super friendly and always so nice to us. Cannot wait to come back again and refer friends and family. We always love coming here for the atmosphere.

The location was perfect for the attractions we were looking for. The staff was very nice. My children loved the gym and swimming pool.

There was hair all around our bathtub. We didn’t complain because we only used the shower.
