About this house rental
Let the countdown to the beach begin! The large wraparound porch on this blue beauty allows for spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a wide open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for large gatherings. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

This was my first time staying in any of the pot-net communities and it was amazing! This unit is ALL about location!! I loved the fact that it was an end unit with the over flow parking across the street. In the same parking lot sits the entrance to the private beach parking lot AND the roadway into paradise grill. The private beach is adorable with picnic tables and space for you to set up a chair. They have nice clean bathrooms that are easily accessible.With 10 girls, this unit made it feel like there were less people than there really were! It is EXTREMELY spacious. It had perfect views of the Marina, Bay, and Paradise Grill! 10/10 experience - We all wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed with our children a d grandchildren (1st time at Pot-Nets) and we had a Wonderful time! The house was big, beautiful and came with a golf cart that was not only fun, but a great way to get around. We were walking distance to the Paradise Grill which was loaded with great entertainment for all ages. I've already booked for next year!

The home is beautiful, but when we first arrived we took our shoes off and put them by the door. We went into our rooms to unpack and our feet were black on the bottom and sand everywhere on the floors. In addition, we found a frog in the bathroom, and the master bath smelled musty (so I opened the window which helped). Also, the water in the shower did not go down the drain. I think if the property was cleaned more I would change my opinion on this property. **NOTE: We did go to the office and complain about the bathroom and a plumber came out that day.

We are locals who needed a temporary stay somewhere while repairs were being made to our Millsboro home. First off, we had never gone to Pot Nets/Paradise grill by car — always by boat. Staying here certainly made us even more aware of all this offers to the vacationer... unless you want to explore outside the park, you never have to leave... beautiful pools, decent beach areas, kids playgrounds, food, drinks and live entertainment. The house itself was all that and more- we couldn’t have been more comfortable and management promptly responded to any inquiries we had. Oh ... not to forget the golf cart that comes with the rental —- always a fun way to get around the park.

The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise.
The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating.
Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it.

We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property.. lovely decor.. spacious.. comfortable.Third year for family summer vacation.Suggestions: check to be sure all appliances etc are in working order.. ice maker did not work, freezer not clean, golf cart broke down. In pet friendly homes, cleaning of couches etc would be appreciated. Pet hair was on couches, chairs, under chairs, on floors. We did multiple brushing and sweeping. Debbie addressed issues. She is wonderful and efficient. Some fixed, but not all. We did not report pet hair until end of our stay. We will return , probably to no pets homes.

We rented Bay Pointe 492 this year. The house was clean and located in a great spot. This year unlike any others we had some issues. The house accommodated 10 people but offers a stretch golf cart that accommodated 6 making going anywhere a 2 trips. The steering on the cart was an understatement to say it was extremely stiff. Reported it (no action). Ice maker made no ice ( reported it , no action). Towel rack fell off the wall when placing a towel before a shower (reported, no action).would have like to see more people accommodated using the side deck which had nothing but space.

Issues with 2 rooms having no hot water and golf cart had a note saying do not use. Called Debbie and she got answers for us right away. old note on golf cart and plumber came and fixed the issue. Friday night there was a shooting at the enterance going back to Paradise Grill around 1030. We were in bed the shots woke up my 8 year old grand daughter and she was scared rest of night. our rental was at the corner where this took place. a cop parked in our driveway and we had the flashing lights of his car and the others til 230 am shining in the bedroom window. Plus there were out front our window checking for any bullet holes. Very scary but thank god no one was hurt. It would be nice to get some kind of discount for next year. but we all had a great time Defnitely going again next year it is a very nice place

The carpets were not very clean, especially the one in the living area, very dirty. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms for circulation.

The rugs in each room throughout the house were very nicely made and colorful, however, the rugs were very dirty and took away from the enjoyment of them.

We had an amazing stay at Pot-Nets! We were so happy with the location of the home. So close to Paradise, yet off the main road enough to not have traffic bother us while we enjoyed the spacious deck. The rooms were perfect size for all the guests and the kitchen space was amazing! We had the nicest time, the house was perfect and so clean, it was nice that everyone had there own space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. We also used the golf carts everyday, having a fire on the beach was something that I always wanted to do.. we are planning n moving to Bayside when my husband retires and seeing it in the summer, we've been there in the fall and winter already,totally made up our minds. Every single person we met was so nice and so happy to share info about living there full time. we already booked this house for next year.. Thank you Pot Nets for taking such good care of the community... we also spent a lot of time at Paradise Grill... loved every minute.. and having our dogs with us made it even better.

Came down with 12 guys staying in three houses all located next to each other. The places couldn't have worked out better with big beds and nice bathrooms for each bedroom. The homes were well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. If I had one knock, not the most comfortable beds. Mine felt like kids had been jumping on it and the springs were shot. Besides that, perfect.

Great winter vacation!
My sisters and my nieces wanted a beachy winter vacation and this was perfect!!!! The location was perfect. It was right on the water. The house was absolutely beautiful! I was able to bring my dog, which was amazing. We all enjoyed walks on the beach. The whole Bay area was perfect. The playground was nice for the kids too. We would definitely consider this place again next winter. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the bay at Pot-Nets Bayside. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully furnished with just about anything you need. With easy access to the pool, the beach and shopping we couldn’t have asked for more. Debbie was so easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions. This is a really great house. We slept 9 adults extremely comfortably. The kitchen and living areas are huge. Each bedroom is good sized with a nice full bath. The wrap around porch is amazing. You can also watch the sunset off the front of the house, really beautiful. The community the house is in is also wonderful. There is a beach, pools, bar/restaurant and more. The house also comes with a golf cart to access all the community has to offer.
The management company was very responsive and helpful with our needs. My one compliant with them would be the house has a 10am checkout which is tough, earlier than any other home I have rented or hotel checkout time. The management team was waiting outside for us at 9:45am as well. The location of the house is a full 30 minutes to Rehoboth or Dewey, but being on the water and the quality of the house made it well worth the time in the car into town.

We had a very great time, only thing you should bring are towels because the towels was hard....The carpet needed steam cleaning .Other than that everything was spacious, clean. And remember to bring bigger pots and pans if you gonna have a lot of food to cook..

Girls Relaxing Weekend
The location and property couldn't have been nicer. It was right on the waterfront which made nights and early morning water gazing absolutely amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures, was super clean (always a plus), and I adored the oversized kitchen. Debbie the property manager was easy to access and able to answer questions/concerns immediately. I am planning another trip just to be able to rent the space again. I can't say enough good things about the place..

This time it is because being in this home and the Pot Nets communities made us fall in love wiht it and we finally bought our own home here, it is under construction so, we rented for 11 days, w love everything about this homie and all of PotNets, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths make it easy and comfortable with family visiting.
