Find peace and beauty at Water's Edge. Immerse yourself in stillness, wind down and enjoy the sunsets and the colorful beauty of the bay! Whether it's your morning coffee on the front porch or afternoon cocktails on the back deck, you are surrounded by water in this stunning home. Located at Pot-Nets Bayside, this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is beautifully decorated. Enjoy large family gatherings in the open living/dining area, while sitting cozy by the fireplace. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

The house was very spacious. Very large great room. Large and comfortable bedrooms, and large baths. The kitchen is as well stocked. Enjoyed having 2 golf carts. Nice views from both decks. Paradise does get quite noisy.

Our vacation with our boys and their families was wonderful. The kids had a great time and there was so much for them to do between the pool, the beach, fishing, taking rides on the golf cart.The property was in perfect condition and very spacious, plenty of room for all 11 of us.Would definitely stay at this property again. Loved it and did not want to leave.

This was our 2nd year having our 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren on vacation and what a great time. The house was clean spacious and we had everything we needed. We were on the water and loved listening to the music in the evening from Paradise grill was wonderful.

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Pot-Nets and our stay in M-11 Waters Edge. The view was beautiful from the front and back decks In fact, it was hard to stop admiring the water and boats coming in and out of the docks. Paradise Grill was a lot of fun and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get around!

Excellent stay. This place is perfect -- well appointed, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen that has everything you need, easy check-in, and the perfect location. The place is clean and it's obvious the house is well maintained. The wifi works well and the golf carts are a great way to get around. We will return!

The house location was excellent, and very well equipped. The house was very dirty upon arrival. Crumbs and something sticky on the dining table as well as the coffee table in the living room. Large dust balls with pet hair on the floor. Window sills filthy. Large smug marks from pets on the glass doors. The refrigerator was dirty inside and needed to be cleaned before we could move in.

We were there for a family reunion and we couldn't have picked a better place to be. The kids went out to Ocean City, all the beaches etc. We were Close to everything and we also had tons to do on property. House was gorgeous and fit every need we had. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Furniture in the living room was great6. The bedroom with the 4 small twin beds were not the best. Our suggestion is put 2 queen beds and a Bunkbed in that room instead of 4 small twin beds7. I would appreciate a refund on the cleaning if possible. - I only mention these items because I know the owners would want to know so thing can be corrected. Because if I owned a great place like this I would want make the stay for my clients perfect. 8. If the above items were corrected ,we would book again. 9. Upon arrival, we noticed a small amount of sand on the carpet in entry and that windows were very dirty. After walking on the floors, our socks/feet were filthy. I did call the property manager about the dirty floors, and she had cleaning service come back. The home’s air conditioning temperature was 75-76, which was especially hot for our 2 dogs. When I called the property manager, her response was that she knows that sometimes it’s hard for the units to keep up in the hotter temperatures. The temperatures were high 80s. Being the home is brand new, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem and felt she should have had someone come out to check the air conditioners. The location was great, except I didn’t realize the home was next to a parking lot for the marina. For the amount of money we spent, we won’t be going back.

This was our very first time that we stayed at a VRBO. We did not knw what to expect. When I opened the front door, I looked inside and saw a beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect. My only complaint was that I think they might have opened it before it was ready. We had a major sewer problem and they sent workers to complete the garage doors. It was fine but my granddaughter was trying to nap when they were there. Overall, it was amazing.
