para uma diária que era o que eu precisava, atendeu

Tive uma quebra de expectativa em relação ao que eu esperava de um hotel Mercure x o que achei. Achei os quartos antigos e meio com cheiro de velho.

Un peu décevant

Taille de la chambre Literie Piscine et salle de sport Navette aéroport pas chère du tout Personnel sympathique et serviable parlant anglais

Établissement un peu vieillot Salle de bain pas très nette : joints de carrelages , carrelages abîmés Canapé , propreté douteuse Lampe cassée Déco quasi inexistante , aucun style , aucun charme Petit dej décevant , pas mieux que certaines pousadas beaucoup moins chères Environnement assez moche .

Uma boa estadia no geral, mas um pouco caro para o que entrega.

A área do quarto é excelente. Cama confortável. Banheiro limpo. As acomodação são muito boas no geral.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pedimos uns ovos para a cozinha e a cozinheira ainda não havia chegado. Sendo que o café da manhã estava todo pronto e servido. Foi uma boa forma de dizer que não queriam ou poderiam atender ao pedido sem dizer isso na cara.

Hotel muto bom.

Os quartos são grandes, tem café e chá cortesia. No quarto que fiquei tinha microondas, máquina Nespresso, pratos, copos. É bem iluminado. O recepcionista nota 10. A localização é muito boa.

O café da manhã e bem básico e o refeitório pequeno teve uma hora que estava muito cheio por conta do local.

O hotel em si é bem localizado pra quem tem voo saindo de Guarulhos! O atendimento do Douglas fez toda a diferença, que nos ajudou muito na chegada inclusive conseguindo um early check in! Muito educado e simpático!

Chegamos num calor de 33 graus e o ar do quarto só refresca a peça em si, passei muito calor na sala e nas outras peças, até porque nosso quarto era estilo flat e bem grande! Outra coisa, não havia um serviço de maleiro! Chegamos dos eua com 4 malas e tive de fazer 2 viagens pé subir até o quarto!

Lamentável para a ocasião.

Era 31 de dezembro, na véspera de ano novo e ficamos sem jantar algo especial, acabamos por comer uma comida congelada como ceia de réveillon. Anteriormente eu havia entrado em contato para saber se o restaurante estaria funcionando e me asseguraram que sim. Não tive suporte algum!

Needs decoration and renew decoration. Value for money doesn’t with it

Very outdated lacks comfort or sense of coast comfort. No textiles all black too cold and un peso able. I have stayed in other mercure and expectations are better

The apartment is comfortable and has two rooms, one living room and one bedroom. There are amenities such as wardrobe, water heater for tea, sink, desk, table and sofa. There are TVs in both rooms. The breakfast is excellent.

Although it has two rooms, the room is a little tight for Mercure standards. Parking is paid and expensive (R$32 or approximately US$6/day).

Exceptional

It is such a comfortable hotel, with a shuttle to the airport - and it is close to the airport - with comfy bed, excellent shower, silent, and very nice staff.

Nothing to complain about exactly, nonetheless, there is a limitation on the shuttle schedule, and the visitors must be aware of it.

Very convenient if you're travelling via GRU. Great rooftop pool!

Very spacious room, windows open (slightly). Functional small kitchen, filly equipped. The pool is very nice. I could relax there before a very long flight, by the pool, under the Sun. The room was very clean, great shower, comfy bed, very potent air conditioning. Friendly staff. Good breakfest. Very convenient shuttle to the airport GRU. Relatively close to parks, cafes and shopping mall.

The breakfast isn't very impressive, but I suppose that's not the focus of the hotel.
