Comida no hotel é pessima, o café da manhã quando não está incluso na diária vc paga 49,00 por pessoa pra comer um pão duro as frutas passadas cheio de mosquito pousando nas frutas, sinceramente inaceitável e não vale a pena, minha filha tem 10 anos teve que pagar 35,00 um absurdo

O atendimento da recepção é péssimo, não tem serviço de quarto, queriam me dar copo de plástico para que eu levasse ao meu quarto para beber, a estrutura do banheiro faz com que a água vaze para a parte do vaso, etc.

Barulhento, ar condicionado sem regulagem de temperatura, não tem toalhas de piso nem de rosto e os funcionários não avisaram no checkin que precisava pegar as toalhas de banho lá na recepção. Não tinha shampoo. Hotel caríssimo pelo o que entrega. Banheiros condições precárias. Cobertor estava fedido(numa sacola).

Acho que a qualidade do atendimento e das acomodações da maioria dos hotéis IBIS caiu muito. Recepcionistas sem treinamento, sem postura e sem padronização. A limpeza deixa a desejar e a manutenção das unidades nem se fala. Ralos entupidos, vazamento de duchas, problemas com ar condicionado, etc...

Wish they let me check in just a little early considering my two back-back, overlapping bookings.

The room was fine and IBIS is my go-to hotel that i often stay at when in transit at Guarulhos Airport.

My wife and I arrived in GRU at 05:15 after a long flight and we were very tired. I booked both a DayUse room from 9AM to 6PM and a normal booking (overlapping) from 12PM to 11AM. I Was hoping that we could check in a little early if there was any room available. No way. We had to sit for three hours til exactly 9AM in the lobby. I understand there are rules but I read comments here of peole being allowed to get into rooms early. I am sure there was something available prior to exactly 9AM....

It was a very bad experience; I'll be avoiding Ibis hotels from now on and can't recommend them to anyone anymor

The front desk receptionist, upon my check-out, persistently demanded that I pay an extra 100+ reals for some food I didn't order. They took up a lot of my time, printing bills for services I didn't use. The attitude towards me as a guest was appalling. I received no apologies, only accusations that I must pay for something. The incident at this hotel has changed my perception of the Ibis chain as a whole, so I will now avoid their hotels anywhere in the world. If you don't want this to happen to you, my recommendation is to not stay at this hotel.

A good option if you need to stay close to the airport.

The room was very comfortable and very quiet, and the food at the restaurant isn't cheap, but it's very good. It's near the Guarulhos International Airport,

The lines at the reception desk weren't that big, but it still took me a while to be able to check in. The staff could be more friendly and proactive when it comes to providing information to arriving guests. For example, the elevators are key card activated but you only find out by trial and error.
