Everything was perfect, food was really on a high level for self service, the rooms are spacious and clean, all staff is friendly and ready to help. Perfect for families!

Overall, great.

Overall, location was fantastic, staff was great and very pleasant. The food was good and activities much appreciated. Overall a very good stay, good value for price, definitely recommend.

Room size, always too small but for price that is understandable. Quality of bedding is good for the actual bed, disappointing for couch-beds.

Nice hotel in an amazing location.

Great location, very friendly and professional staff. Good entertainment for kids. Tasty and diverse buffet, great selection of sea food/ tapas and local dishes.

close to a nice beach, very good kids club, nice food

our room was very loud - the bedroom window was facing the Main Street, the hotel app was the key to everything- I prefer the human contact, no restaurants or cafes near the hotel

Tennis Players are Not Welcome

Food was good

Me abs other tennis players had to reduce the time of stay and the hotel asked us to pay for the whole period . We were informed at the check in that our package had a meal and drinks included . Every night they tried to charge us the drinks ! So , never again ! They don’t welcome tennis players . We all went for the World Championship . Next time we stay in all other hotels around who understand it and accepted it !

Localisation, staff, entertainment for kids

It is very very noisy in the hotel, there are only few hours during the night that You can find prace. There are no retardants in doors, so You can hear banging almost 24/7 and the cleaning staff use metal trolleys that make really a lot of noise. Hotel looks much better on pictures then in real..

Amazing week in Mallorca!

- Perfect location. The hotel is located at the beautiful beach! - Nice evening program for kids and adults. - Lots of activities during the day. - The food was delicious.

- The breakfast could be more varied. No sepearate children's menu. - The coffee was average. - Water drain issue in the bathroom.

This is the small children all inclusive family vacation model we did not want.

The staff is awesome. Incredibly nice, pleasant and efficient.

Iberostars does not care about their customers! The reservation process was a nightmare. Less than 24 after reservation I called the hotel, customer service and central services a dozen times, spent 2 days on the phone and they kept forwarding my call from person to person claiming “I’m not the person that can solve that”. They did not reply any of my emails. Once at the hotel, the director claimed that was not aware of my request and contacts, putting a tone on a huge failure of their internal processes. After this I will never again book Iberostars wherever. Want another awful example? Once there, we parked our rented car by the hotel street, as advised. One day the car had been removed by local police. There was a race so they put a 24 hours warning. We were on a all inclusive regimen, so we did not use the car everyday. We had to pay 126€+10€ (taxi) to pick up our car at the police station. We were informed that this happens every year!! Every year people on their vacation have to pay to pick up cars!!!!! So how come warnings are not distributed at the hotel lobby, avoiding our waist of money and time? Again, I explained the situation to hotel staff, then sub director, then director. They just did not care, did nothing. There is so much anyone of them could have done, before, during and after our stay there to overcome this. Still, after all the direct feedback, I got nothing back, not even a word. Iberistars does not care.
