Pelin decepcionados para un 4 estrellas

La tranquilidad y buen trato(aunque eso es lo mínimo de un hotel), sobre todo de un camarero de la piscina que su mayor preocupación era tu bienestar y darte "charleta" y que sea más entretenida tu estancia.

El lavabo de la habitación era enano, el baño en si nos defraudo un poco la verdad, la comida del bufete no era de gran calidad y la variedad era sólo de algunas cosas.

Una pasada

Gracias una vez más a todo el personal, encantadores!! Tanto recepción, como limpieza, cocina, socorrista, camareros… un verdadero placer. La comida era variada, la piscina muy amplia, las habitaciones cómodas. La terraza chill out de la que pudimos disfrutar una pasada. Y la ubicación aún que no es cerca de Palma capital, un lugar tranquilo para desconectar, con coche accesible a cualquier parte. Repetiría sin duda!!! Gracias una vez más a todos!

El ruido de la neverita que teníamos en la habitación, pero desenchufada y arreglado. El colchón era cómodo pero es cierto que acababas yéndote hacia el medio.

El hotel en general, la comida estaba muy bien así como el alojamiento y por supuesto el personal.

En general el hotel estaba muy bien, pero, la ubicación es mejorable, no del hotel sino que la zona de la Isla no nos acabó de convencer.

Superb

Not very far from the beach, the price was good and it included breakfast and dinner, the food was nice. The pool was lovely but the best thing was the view from the room.... It was perfect! I recommend getting a room with a view.

Wlan was horrible. The seperate beds kept getting away from eachother 😅

Definitely not a 4star hotel!

The restaurant staff was very kind and there was a great breakfast variety!

The hotel does definitely not meet the 4stars expectations! The rooms seem to be renovated but the mattresses and pillows are terrible. Moreover, the rooms smell like mould!!!!! There is no ventilation in the bathroom and all the humidity stays there. The sheets and towels are old, hence they do not look clean! Lastly, there is no designated parking area from the hotel! You have to park your car on the street, risking to get a fine if you do not know that you shall not park where a yellow line is.

Lovely peaceful location in the sun.

Very clean, well-equipped with good sports facilities including fitness suite, swimming pool, tennis courts. Also padel tennis and volley ball. Quiet location in beautiful setting👍

No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Dissapointment

Food was terrible, sometimes nothing to eat for the dinner. Very untasty meal. No snacks in bar. Very loud fridge in the room. No mini bar in the room. No body lotion in the bathroom. Ugly seawiew from the 2nd floor - looking on the ugly roof. We were not allowed to combine plastic table and chairs on the terrace by the breakfast and dinner !!! althoug inside could 6-8 people sit together !

Disappointing

We have booked a room with a "view on the mountain " as they said when we booked it and we ended up in the first floor facing another building and next to the kitchen. I asked to change the room since we paid extra for the view but they told me that what they call view of the mountain only refers to the side of the building (one side is facing the pool the other side the mountain... No matter whether we see the mountain or not).

amazing gem of a hotel

Up on arrival I was given a very nice room on the first level. Not super sure if it might have been a double room although I’ve booked a single room. There’s been two towels. The bed would have been to small for two people though. However - let’s assume it’s been a single room - it’s been great. Almost everything is brand new. The mattress is firm and you can pick a soft or firm pillow. Best about the room - the fridge. Not the noisy kind. And the amazing rainforests shower. The whole complex seems freshly renewed and well maintained. The water in the pool is not full of chloride. I think the hotel is wheelchair friendly for what I’ve seen. Also plenty of parking spots. And the bus stop right outside the hotel. Super helpful hotel staff at the reception which is 24/7 open.

I’ve booked ‚breakfast only‘ which was okay. Lots of meats though. Not many veggie choices and almost zero vegan choices. A few green salads would have been great. It’s a sports and relax hotel - I guess we all wanna eat more healthy. But if you like oily foods and Spanish originals - this is the dream. Also it would be sick to start breakfast hours earlier than 8am. Some more hangers in the bathroom for wet clothes would be sick. I‘ve left a note not to clean my room. It was still cleaned. Twice. My sign was written in English so I assume that’s not their preferred language. To be fair, it’s a ‚german‘ island. Even though it seemed cleaned, they forgot to vacuum. So there was sand everywhere. Hotel close to the beach - okay… but after the maid was in?! Nah… The wifi didn’t work at all. Whatever I’ve tried and although I’ve asked for help - nope. All in all: Dunno what people are on about on here. The food is okay. The staff is amazing. The rooms are great. A few smaller issues don’t make the rating. To me it’s been a five star experience and I would defo consider coming back!

Very good hotel!

This hotel is really nice! When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist welcomed us with some cold drinks and the check in was fast. Food and staff are amazing! One evening there was a mexican dinner(options included: guacamole, tacos, nachos and many others), which was really good! During another dinner, there was a fountain chocolate and fruits for dessert, quite impressive! Also the breakfast has many options, especially for milk(6 types of milk) and cereals. The hotel has many sports facilities, including classes with a trainer(pilates, circuit training or yoga). The spacious pool is also great!

The room we stayed in has been renovated, but the bathroom hasn't, so it still has a vintage look. Also the towels looked a bit old.

Great enjoyable holiday experience that suited my needs

Tranquil location surroundings …near by Capdepera with castle, square with typical Spanish bars. Hotel as described friendly staff, comfortable with great facilities. Super breakfast plenty of choice. Would stay here again

It was fine for this amount of money.

The hotel was clean and the pool was looking stunning. The sport opportunities were great!

The food wasn‘t good and they were a lot of deposits. You have to pay a lot of extra money for certain things, like pool towels, etc.

Disappointing

Nothing special.

The hotel is covered with mold. The air inside the rooms is sick. The beds are from the beginning of time, uncomfortable as hell. The bathroom had a broken door. One day the housekeeper took the towels and never replaced them. As for the food. Probably the worst dinner I've ever had. Sorry, but I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to a nice beach Quite relaxing overall Food variety Clean room with nice view Two nice pools The nearest village, Cala Rajada, is very nice. But a car is needed (10€ taxi or 30 min walk) Air conditioning is good, even to cold in the restaurant

Wifi sucks, impossible to have a decent conference call there Food quality Shower: water temperature impossible to fix Bycicle package is a scam, you need to pay 10€ per day per bike anyway, but parking is free (!!) It's a sport hotel, but you need to pay for beach volley (20€ per hour), paddle, tennis just like external guests Nothing organized (tournaments, events, shows... just a very sad dj night per week)

The staff was really good and thumbs up for the cleaning lady 👌

How clean the hotel was, I really like it ! I did like the gym but is was not enough big for all the people.

The breakfast, like croissant, juice etc, was not good. And you always have to ask what kind of meat (beef, pork...) it is to the waitress.

Good value for money. Ideal for sporty couples.

Good value for money. Nice location and awesome sport facilities. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Wifi didn’t work properly. The fridge (minibar) wasn’t cold enough.

Rude staff. No value for money.

I was super disappointed with this hotel. I was there with my family, we booked three rooms. The service was horrible the staff were very unpleasant and rude whether at reception or the restaurant. The temperature was between 38 and 40 daily and the rooms did not have Air Con because it was apparently broken and no compensation or alternative was offered to us. Additionally the bed were super uncomfortable and the maids did a very bad jobs at cleaning daily. It was definitely not worth the price paid and would not advise anyone to go there.
