Je recommande pour le calme, l'espace extérieur piscine, vue, ... . la gentillesse de son personnel

le personnel, la vue de l'hôtel, la piscine, la plage à coté

des petites choses comme la platine des wc qui n'était pas fixer, la barre de douche qui bouge, le volet de la douche et les rideau qui laisse passer la lumière, des oublies sur les serviettes de visage. Le temps d'attente pour les boissons au petit déjeuner, j'ai été obliger d'aller les chercher moi-même,

A luxurious relaxing stay

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the concierge and reception team went out their way to be helpful. Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, great pool with plenty of loungers and next to an amazing beach and lovely restaurants.

The prices for food and drink were ridiculous - especially €7 for a small can of water, and it was difficult to get it elsewhere.

Estancia de ensueño

Es un hotel que podría estar en una de las grandes ciudades del mundo, New York, Londres, Barcelona, muy urbanita. Comodidad de 10, pero lo que realmente valoro a parte de la ubicación excelente frente al mar, y las instalaciones pensadas para el confort, es el servicio de valet o aparca-coches. Un equipo magnífico, rápido, profesional y exquisito en el trato. La habitación de una talla fantástica, con el jacuzzi dentro de la habitación, y muy luminoso. La cama tipo king-size súper cómoda con juegos de cama de calidad contratada. La climatización de la habitación es impecable, potente y silenciosa, como solo tienen los grandísimos hoteles. Desayuno completo con vistas al mar. Música amenizada en directo muy acertada, tipo chill. El rooftop es otro punto fuerte del hotel, bien atendido. Una cena en el restaurante Epic, del rooftop con una carta divertida asiática, mexicana y mediterránea, es uno de los momentos inolvidables de la estancia.

Si se puede sacar un mínimo fallo, tal vez sería que en los ascensores, al estar frente a la vidriera exterior, la radiación es elevada y hace calor. Y tal vez, el servicio de camareros en la terraza para el desayuno o comida, un poco despistados y algún fallo. No llegaban platos o bebidas solicitadas. Aunque la valoración para mi es altísima, de 9,80 sobre 10, estos dos pequeños detalles no desmejoran el resto, una estancia de ensueño, solo a la altura de grandes Hoteles como Fairmont, Four Seasons o Adlon.

Great Hotel

One pool should be dedicated to children, to allow adults to enjoy more . Staff at the breakfast was very nice and efficient. Roof top had the Ibiza vibes with a DJ and great music, but again they should dedicate the balinese beds to adults only

Children jumping and diving and splashing water at the pool. Finally we found the great Roof Top pool and it was absolutely a pleasure to use the Balinese beds and the pool...till the time that children were allowed . The SPA was not well maintained, worn towels everywhere both in men's changing room and women's .

Idyllic.

Stunning! The design, how clean and well maintained it was, it was genuinely perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful or wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and the meals and breakfast in particular were sensational.

Une sorte de pallace... Tout est parfait. Et le personnel fait tout ce qu'il faut pour le sejour soit unique. La SPA (dans la chambre) face à la mer?? woooowww. Le petit déjeuner??? un arret dans le temps! Littéralement! Le temps s'est allongé! On était, ma femme et moi, dans un cocon! Le cadre général? hors du temps, lui aussi. RoofTop, avec un repas gastro! Je conseille fortement. Le prix reste très correct!

Turn off the music around the pool or make it more tranquil and I would return in a heartbeat.

Truly blessed with this hotel it was spacious clean modern and very welcoming with all the staff. Lovely atmosphere and easy access to the beach. Would come back again.

The music around the pool area was too much too loud and took away the tranquility of the hotel and the beautiful pool area.

Overpriced and definitely not for families

The decor and location were good

This hotel is not set up for children and parents. The food was overpriced for a lower than average quality. The vibe was off and we constantly felt uneasy with our children. Nothing for them to do, the pool is like adults only, with funny looks, no entertainment day or night. No kids apparently on there roof top terrace, no kids allowed in the spa, no children’s food or menu. Staff quite unfriendly.

Great hotel and excellent location

Pool and sunbeds excellent overlooking nice beach. 3 good beach bars within walking distance which gives an option other than the hotel dining. Food at the hotel is excellent and we dined in the Michelin starred restaurant for our anniversary and and a fantastic evening.

Check in a bit slow but this can be shortened with online checkin.

not much

to have a good bed at the pool/beach customers have to pay for this bed 250,-. In my opinion, this should be free of any charge. After a week of giving the valet parking guy every day 20,- for picking up our car from the open parking lot, the hotel charges you also 25,- Euro a day. a little bit ridiculous for having your car on an open space ( not a garage ) and finale, 50,- Euro for breakfast I understand if I am sleeping in the four seasons on the Maldives, but not here. Sorry Bless hotel, but here you make a mistake to let people pay or to high prices or not needed. Maybe you should not post this review online, I do not have any problem with that. But if you spend 12.000,- Euro for 6 nights in a hotel, you expect excellene, or not ?

They have to improve the staff for cleaning

Was very very very dirty everywhere, bad cleaning, Bad smell, missing always towels, smell of food of cleanned towels in room. Balcony very dirty always, never cleaned in 7 days of stay. Gym is small and the gym equipment were outside with a hot and humidity was impossible to do your workout, bad smell of gym, spa, dirty gym. In the rooms was dirty from previous guests, oil everywhere, sticky foors, sofa. I have been every year to this hotel and this year was unacceptable and is my last stay to this hotel.
