Exceptional

Beautiful Villa quiet & spacious, pool & bbq areas were spacious and you have the sun all day. Inside the villa had everything you needed and the the company that look after it are always there if you need them. I highly recommend & will defo be using them in the future

Nice looking house with great terrace and pool that needs some improvements

House from outside, pool and all the private area was beautiful. Everything to ourselves.

If you look closely, there were spider webs everywhere. Also - water did not go away from shower and that caused a massive flood everywhere. Also very difficult to get taxi to this place as the address is not clear. Also there was no cleaning service and we ended up with week worth of trash in the corner.

A week at villa can bellotera

The location was fab as we know the area. Once we knew about ibiza taxi app much easier to get places. Central heating, even partial, was a bonus.

The whole villa needs tlc. The second shower stopped working on morning 1 leaving 6 of us to share the one through the bedroom that doesn't drain properly. We think this was due to the boiler pressure being low but despite being told someone would come someone came went in the bathroom did nothing and left never to return. There was a missing catch in one of the bedroom doors so it banged all night long. The kitchen door wouldn't open one morning as the mechanism had broken leaving someone with a power tool to cut it open - we cleaned up the metal shards everywhere.. The mattress in the bedroom with a bathroom has an enormous dip in it one side, we turned it but not much better. The floors were absolutely filthy, the cleaning left a lot to be desired for sure - it was cleaner when we left, €80 for the pleasure.. The pool maintenance appeared to be chucking a load of chlorine tablets in and leaving it, both of the trap covers broke off within days and all the rubbish that was in there came back out again. Some of the central heating radiators don't work. It's the little things - oven bulb, hob bulb, gas hobs not igniting - come on its not a cheap rental! Not to mention being asked at 5.30pm on a bank holiday weekend the night before the flight to pay the rest of the balance in cash as the machine wasn't working - pure panic we would have nowhere to stay as this was impossible to get hold of. There aren't enough glasses or knives either.
