Excellent value and well worth a visit, would definitely revisit.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The overall facilities were fantastic

Liquid hand soap instead of a bar, the shower wasn't very powerful and could not stop the overhead shower from raining down. Balcony, shame about the red wall obscuring the view.

Yemekler yeterince lezzetli değil. Lavabolarda peçete vermemek üzere makina koymuşlar. Bu markaya yakışmıyor. Etkinlikleri çok kalitesiz daha önce de kaldık hiç iyi bir sanatçı yada animasyonla karşılaşmadık

La mer au pied de la chambre. Le chic de l'hôtel. Le personnel disponible et répondant à toutes les requêtes. La propreté de l'hôtel et le calme qui y règne malgré le monde.

Nouvelle ville..tout se passe à 40kms de l'hotel.

Wunderschöne, enspannte Woche. Eis schöner, erholsamer Strandurlaub.

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Traum. Die beste Lage in El Gouna, sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Hotelanlage. Personal absolut nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Aktuell waren wir schon zum 9ten mal in diesem Hotel und wir kommen sicher wieder. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Ich und meine Familien waren mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden.

Decent but needs refurbishing.

Bridges, water and close to sea

Old needs refurbishing. Gym old spa old Note enough buggy’s (4 in total) for a big resort so high waiting time. Have three children with two toddlers so spent a lot of time waiting for buggy’s to get around resort and our room was furthest from lobby.

Exceptional stay!

The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. The walk to beach was far and you need golf carts to go to the rooms. The restaurant was really good, food was excellent with lots of variety .. I would revisit and recommend to others

What really made a difference was the responsiveness and the attention of all the staff, they are amazing

When I regrettably booked a beachfront room and sacrificed the full board lagoon view for the beachfront bed and breakfast... I was extremely disappointed that palm trees blocked the view... I couldn't enjoy a good view which I paid a lot of money for... An word of advise is to check the photos of the hotel elsewhere other than booking before making the decision ... And don't book beachfront rooms... They are not worth it and almost anywhere you would want to go is a 5 to 7 min walk

All good but the food

The resort is calm and you can easily enjoy a relaxing stay The beach is very nice

My main concern was Food quality. I was expecting better quality but what we found wasn't that good. You can still manage to eat but you won't be happy if you care for the quality of food

great for a short period of time

the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

there was a lot of flies and the staff stated that it is the time of the year were there are a lot of flies to an extent you cannot even eat, there wasn’t many activities in the property although there were many outside. the beach was full of rocks u need a sea shoe to get comfortable
