Sadly not recommended, uncomfortable, have no clue about babies and familes needs at all

They didn’t offer the right baby bed for 3 nights and we stayed for 4 nights so we didn’t know where to put our baby to sleep. We tried our bed, baby was sinking in the mattress because it was too soft And one of mangers was stealing looks at my body when we were trying to solve the baby bed problem. I never expected that in Gouna at all. We did a complain to the hotel in their survey and no action happened.

- Clean and comfortable - Good breakfast - Nice and big rooms - Pretty deco - Nice staff

- Staff was very nice except for Wissa. I told him they forgot to leave the complimentary water bottle in the room, so I had to use to 2 small bottles from the minibar. He’s answer was: ‘So you are telling me you do not wan’t to pay for these 2 bottles from the minibar?’. Found this answer very unprofessional, by common sense if they forgot to leave the complimentary water bottle of course the client should never have to pay for the 2 water bottles from the minibar.

Location, quiet, food, very friendly and welcoming staff.

The superior room is perfect but the chair in side it is very boor and not comfortable. A comfortable couch with a small table is a must have in the room.

The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. My room has been upgraded to a suit which was terrific.

The hotel is a mix of Egyptian/ Moroccan interior design. The pool is in the middle surrounded by trees and flowers. Can't describe how beautiful it is. Rooms are large enough to rest and enjoy a goodnight sleep. The staff are super friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best Egyptian breakfast I had in my life. So many varieties fresh and tasty. Unlimited order of drinks and food. Location is central surrounded by restaurants, shops and night life. What do you need more ?

Horrible experience, never again. The hotel itself is nice, the rest is not the money worth.

Breakfast was very poor. Low quality of food and pretty standard. Nicely served on nice plates in a nice space but this is not what it is about.

Absolutely bad service. Extra charge of 30 percent upon arrival on the total cost. No help with luggage, instead security stuff who is treating you after a long journey not like guests. Same procedure at departure again.

Awesome

The location is great, the breakfast was really good, the room is spacious and really comfortable, the bed and pillows were great. The bathroom very clean and comfy.

It's really hard to find something that I didn't like about this hotel! My husband fall in love with it anyway and told me we should come again to this place!

the suite was clean , decoration was minimalistic but very nice, just what you might need. staff was helpful and always smiling and polite it is a small size hotel, quite with a lovely entrance fountain and arabesque decoration, if you are looking to get away from a big resort then this is a good choice breakfast was not a buffet, you could order in your table directly which is much more enjoyable than queuing on a line for breakfast it is situated in the marina, we were in walking distance from many restaurants and nice walks

we were put in contact with an agency for day trips through the reception but they were so much more expensive than the other agencies (we paid double than everyone else in the activity) . however when we complained about it, the receptionist refunded part of the difference of price as a gesture and excused.
