Some staff especially the woman on the excursion desk very rude and agorant when trying to book

5 star? Maybe a strong 3

Staff was kind, in particular breakfast service and front desk. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast offer has been wide and good quality.

Cleanliness is just poor. Floor of our level has not been vacuumod for a week (familiar breadcrumbs saying hi to us every day). We had a dirty curtain, floor was so worn that it seemed unreal, minibar was empty and showerhead needed to be replaced because it was letting water out everywhere. Terrace has never been cleaned. Spa is a joke, particularly compared to the size of the hotel. There is a small sauna which has broken bench. Sometimes clean towels usually placed out were just not available. Overall the place is rundown. Staff is kind but some of them lacked expertise. Food of the main restaurant was pathetic particularly for the price. Just avoid it.

Bella struttura sul mare con 4 piscine, alcune vista mare

Ottima colazione ben fornita e alta qualità del cibo, bene che sia servita fino alle 11! È un vantaggio in vacanza.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite ed eravamo in 4, ma al cambio di asciugamani e facilities, dopo la quotidiana pulizia della camera, ho dovuto richiedere per ben 3 volte l'integrazione di qualcosa di mancante per la quarta persona. Avevo anche chiesto un letto aggiuntivo (e confermato via email dalla struttura) per mia figlia che avrei preferito trovare già pronto in camera e invece ho dovuto richiedere di nuovo all'arrivo perché non predisposto. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile e ha risolto velocemente, ma da una struttura di questo livello mi aspettavo anche questo genere di precisione.

Dobra baza wypadowe i dobre miejsce na odpoczynek.

Dużo leżaków nad basenami. Jest zejście do morza, co prawda woda jest głęboka ale można spokojnie popływać. Dobre śniadania i duży wybór jedzenia. 10 min spacerem od hotelu znajduje się ogólnodostępna plaża i centrum handlowe. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, nie jest w samym centrum miasta, ale jest to dla mnie plus.

W obiekcie są dwa baseny zewnętrzne, ale tylko jeden jest ze słodką wodą.

Decepcionante: no es un 5 estrellas ni por asomo, no son profesionales.

Habitación amplia, salida directa al mar, agua de cortesía todos los días, toallas para piscina.

Personal de limpieza (pones que cambien las sábanas y no lo hacen; llamas para decirlo y tampoco... además según pasan los días te van poniendo menos toallas: las pides y nadie viene...). Personal de recepcion poco profesional y no acordé con un hotel decente (te echan de la habitación llamándote por tlf antes de la hora), aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el desayuno había que pedir constantemente las cosas (no están pendientes de que se acaban).

We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast. In my opinion, this hotel is a 4 star at its very best.

Although the property is perfectly located in front of the sea, there is little access to the water. What a shame! The restaurants were all well-furnished and clean with very friendly staff.

No access to the sea; old bedrooms (floors, appliances, chipped walls and door frames, very weak shower pressure).

Fabulous breakfast shame about check out charges

Breakfast was fabulous so much choice and even Prosecco if your partial in the morning The breakfast staff couldn’t do enough for us, Mahoon and Marisa were so friendly and full of top tips on places to visit and the best way to get there. We had so much for breakfast we weren’t hungry until dinner time! Not far from bus stop that you can get a bus to silema and Valletta

Safe battery housing secured with a plaster so didn’t want to risk using it On check in advised had room upgrade which included complimentary breakfast but was still charged on check out The bill on check out had additional 36 euros added which was apparently and error so had to be removed The water didn’t took a very long time to drain away

Location, views and lovely staff

They closed the bar and snack area for a letting during our stay. No-one told us ahead so we could have made alternative arrangements for dinner. Very annoying. Pricey food

Relaxing holiday!

The property and staff were outstanding! Gorgeous spot to stay. Marissa a server at breakfast went above and beyond at breakfast, when asked about a cake we liked she got us the recipe!

Fantastic staff! Made the hotel special!

The staff were fantastic, particularly with the kids! So friendly, got to know us, supported us with our car requirements, and when my boy needed emergency hospital care. The staff even drew pictures for my daughter and she for them - as a result of her asking for paper to draw on! Every staff member was bc attentive bc and caring- we loved them all! Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Room size was great.

Food around the pool took ages! Nearly an hour we waited one day. Room cleaning could have been better, as dirty crockery wasn’t removed. And duvets needs to be bigger.

Hotel for business people not Tourists

Staff were super friendly especially Donna in the restraint.

Air conditioning is hopeless and too noisy to have on at night. Seemed like a business hotel, 3 pianos but nothing on each night for holiday guests. Room cleaners constantly forgot things, bath robes, towels (which we left out) and toilet tissue 3 times. The staff may be 5 star but this is a 3 star hotel. Sauna out of order during our stay. Weather was not good (that's no one's fault) but they day the sun did shine they power washed to pool are we all felt spray, also the patio area was washed I to the pool. Generally felt as if it's not for tourists.

Poor location, good hotel

Location - 2km from nearest shop/restaurant. The town was full of Casino and night clubs, nothing for general tourism, so poor location for a regular holiday. Bus connections poor, needed to walk 2km to town to get to most locations.

El jacuzzi en la habitación 10/10 very confortable wuth a lot of jets and feeling private. Breakfast unreal! Superb breakfast and a wide variety of options. Overal not very expensive for such an amazing stay!
