The stuff is super friendly, the hotel is beautiful and in a good location.

Very comfortable location, we found a free parking place nearby.

You need to left deposit of 50 euro for the bar in the room. The payment didn’t come back directly. Still waiting for it. That’s not nice.

Fijne locatie alleen jammer van het uitzicht en de geluiden in de kamer.

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie dichtbij het centrum.

De standaard kamer en de junior suite kamers zitten grotendeels aan de weg kant. Je hoort de auto’s hard langsrijden en het uitzicht is niet mooi want je zit op een weg te kijken. De andere kant van de kamers kijken op het park. Wij zaten helaas aan de kant van de weg. Ook hadden we last van het knipperende licht in de gang die je zag s nachts als je aan het slapen was. Ook hoorde je rare krakende geluiden in de kamer van een radiator of waterleidingen. Ook werden we verrast van de parkeerkosten bij het hotel van 25 euro per nacht.

Cute property 5 mins bus ride from the centre

Gorgeous interior design in public spaces, lovely room with balcony overlooking the park, close to bus stop into the city, great staff, tasty meals, comfortable bed, good shower.

Room wasn't very big, but it was fine for a few days, plus we had the balcony.

Quet place pleasant stay

Very quiet place and unusually peaceful hotel. The 4th star for the quietude is true. Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially the sunny girl at the reception, upon our cheching out. The staff provided an iron upon request.

There is no aircondition, but the weather allows it to pleasant stay in August, without air-condition, except for one or two days.

Pobyt typowo służbowy. W hotelu spędziłem jedynie krótkie noce.

Czyste, schludne pokoje.

Hotel podobno 4 gwiazdkowy, a nie ma klimatyzacji, pokój mały, ledwo łóżko się mieści, w łazience nie ma nawet wieszaczka na ręcznik. Pokój głośny pomimo zamkniętych okien.

Our stay was okay. Front desk staff were very helpful

Staff members were friendly and assisted with our requests. Breakfast was okay but would be good with hot cereals some of the days

Room was I'll equipped with no nightstand on the other side, no air conditioning. Fridge was not working and not attended to when requested. No rails to hang personal towels in the bathroom. Had to request for replenishing of water as janitors did not

The room and the bed, very comfortable and big size, everything was clean, it has a big bathroom and the personal was kind.

I think the price is very high and I did like that they make you a charge to your credit card for 100€ when you check in, just in case you take anything from the mini bar. I think it would be nice and a better experience for guests to change that dynamic.

Clean spacious rooms close to the centre.

The rooms were very spacious, neat and the hotel is right across the bus stop. Very close to the centre. There is a park right next to the hotel. Loved the aesthetics of the interior. The receptionists were welcoming and baggage storage is available. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.

The water pressure at the sink was not up to the mark, but this did not affect our stay in anyway.

The room was small, AC did not really work, staff was overworked and understaffed Price was quite high for such an average standard (233 € per night without breakfast!)

Not my best birthday stay!

location is quite convenient

First of all, when we received our room key, it turned out our room is NOT in the hotel but in fact, some random house couple of blocks away. The stairs were extremely loud, the room was small and “double bed” was two single beds put next to each other. As we entered there was a bug on the wall and hair on the toilet. The bed rim was a bit dirty, and in general, this place did not feel like a 4 start hotel. The only time we actually entered hotel was to pick up keys and give them back upon check out. Honestly, VERY disappointed. Extremely expensive and zero value for money. Wish there was a way to add more photos.

Very good

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel is a short walk from city centre with bus stops outside the door.

Superb

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet and overlooks a park with a café and playground. It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre, but there are also four bus routes for the centre and beyond, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The superior room was tastefully and recently decorated in warm colours, with a balcony facing the park. The breakfast room is also bright and pleasant and the quality of the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it is a very restful place to stay.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were lovely. Reception guy the day we arrived on Friday afternoon the 10th was really lovely and very chatty. Very helpful.
