pas de place au restaurant à 19h le samedi soir

pas d’avertissement de l’hôtelier nous proposant de réserver la veille afin de bénéficier d’un repas le lendemain soir alors qu’il devait avoir l’habitude étant donné la position géographique de son établissement .heureusement il y avait un McDo à 30 kms

È andato tutto bene, ampia scelta nella colazione, la camera era giusta per le nostre esigenze e con tutto il necessario. Posizione vicina a tutto quello che dovevamo visitare.

Null ventilasjon, dårlig rengjøring, skuffende opplevelse.

Gåavstand legoland og lalandia, hyggelig personale, frokost ok.

Ankom hotellet på kvelden, og minner ikkje om 4-stjerners hotell, meir ett motell. Når vi kom på hotellrommet, var det ekstremt klamt og varmt. Det er ikkje aircondtion og trur ikkje det var særlig med ventilasjon heller. Det sto en vifte som vi slo på, måtte lufte gjennom natten(terrassedøren) for det var så varmt. Så det ga ikkje noke hotell søvn/avslapning. Det skal sies at den dagen var det veldig varmt ute. Men vi var der i 7 daga og på dei kalde dagane så var rommet forsatt veldig tett og varmt. Så heile oppholdet sto viften på og vi luftet med terassedøren når vi var på rommet. Når man betaler så mye for et rom så skulle det i det minste kunne gå an å sove uten å tenke på luft å faktisk få sove hele natten. Det var ikkje reint heller, masse støv på overflater og bosspannene var ikkje tømt fra dei som var der før oss. Så kommer ikke tilbake, og anbefaler heller ikkje folk med barn dette hotellet heller for barnet fikk ikkje sove i varmen.

needs a bus stop outside - if you can't walk well you have to get a taxi everywhere

Super pobyt, pomocny personel.

Śniadanie bogate w wyborze posiłków. Do najważniejszych atrakcji można dotrzeć pieszo. Z lotniska często jeżdzą busy. Do hotelu tylko 1 przystanek.

Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji podczas wysokich temperatur letnich.

Głównym celem wyjazdu był Legoland, więc dwie noce w tym hotelu były do przeżycia ale nie jadąc po raz kolejny do miejsc

Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Brudny pokój, nie wiem czy został posprzątany po byłych gościach… pod łóżkiem znaleźliśmy skarpetki poprzednich lokatorów oraz masę kurzu i papierków po słodyczach. Zakurzone stoliki nocne świadczą, że nawet nie zostały przetarte… firanki, które powinny być białe miały odcień szarości i sprawiały wrażenie jakby nigdy nie zostały wyprane… Dodatkowo przyjechaliśmy do hotelu w czwórkę, dzieci spały na rozkładanej nie wygodnej kanapie. W pokoju zestaw herbata/kawa oraz szklanki przewidziane były tylko dla dwóch osób, tak jak byśmy nie zgłaszali i nie płacili za dwoje dzieci.

Blisko do Legolandu ! Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadanie. Do tego strefa dla dzieci super zaopatrzona, pozwalała zjeść w spokoju jak dzieci się bawiły.

Ótima localização, boas condições gerais

Localização muito próxima da Legoland. Instalações agradáveis, com restaurante acessível (profissionais muito simáticos).

A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhorada, algum pó no chão e por debaixo das camas. Atendimento na receção pouco empático.

very expensive and simple

We stayed in the room located in the lodge beside the main building. The room was quite small for a family 2+2, but reasonably clean. Breakfast was very nice.

The price. This hotel is really expensive, but the price doesn't reflect on the standard. The restaurant is also very expensive and there is not much choice in the menu.

Just alright.

The breakfast is very good. Room is warm with floor heating. Friendly staff gives me some milk for free since there is no milk to buy from the reception. If with car, it is very convenient to go to legoland and Landavia.

It is a bit far from the bus stop, taking 10 minutes walk. The room is OK, very small for 4 people, I don"t think it deserves a 4 star hotel. However there is not much choice in Billund.

Normal place if you need a place to stay a night or two in Billund.

The breakfast was excellent.

The room was not as good as it looks on the photos. The restaurant was very expensive, so we decided to skip it.

Buen hotel familiar cerca de Legoland

Cercanía de Legoland (se puede llegar andando), tiene muchas opciones de juego para niños (arcades, camas elásticas…), el buffet de desayuno es fantástico, aparcamiento junto al apartamento.

Los colchones del sofá cama estaban un poco sucios. El precio quizá es un poco excesivo para la habitación pero es mucho más barato que las alternativas cercanas.

Very good

Not the biggest selection of breakfast, but the quality of food was great. The staff was very friendly, always with the smile. Rooms clean and quiet spacious.

Rooms aren't lighted very well. No smart TV. Cold bathroom, I had to keep the door open all my stay becos otherwise there was like in fridge.
