Barnen var jätte nöjda och det var en fantastisk upplevelse.

Bra frukost

Dåligt att behöva ha med sig egna sängkläder, och att hyra där var dyrt. Dyr affär bredvid, allt är dyrt i Danmark.

Bad place and they added more expenses on top

It's fairly close to Leagoland. I wast not really impressed by this hotel. Actually I thing the negatives are bigger than the positives. Maybe I could say that the receptionists were nice for how bad it was everything else.

It's not cheap, and I declined some hotels because of this one because I though it would be better and it was more Lego like. And when we got there they charged me an stupid amount of money per person for BORROWING the towels and sheets. I probably could buy new ones for that price and the quality was so bad that. I almost prefered dressed with no sheets. And the girl says "but don't worry, it's this price for your complete stay". And we were going to stay just one night hahahaha. And of course we had to prepare our own beds because they gave us the sheets in the reception and nothing was done. So when we left they told us that they would prefer us to return the sheets in the reception because otherwise the cart of the cleaning lady would get full to quickly, and at that point we took it with humor because we never had a worse experience in a hotel. I could add that the breakfast wasn't that great, not all the options that I would like and it seem like there was just one small space for an stupid amount of people. So you had to wait for so long to get the food you wanted (self service). The place and the rooms were low quality, with broken things, light that didn't work, it wasn't too clean, and the experience was pretty bad in general.

Alles Super, nur das Piratenzimmer nicht!

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Mehr Service kann man nicht erwarten. Was man von dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht sagen kann. Es war sehr enttäuschend, auch die Kinder waren leider garnicht überzeugt. Das Thema Piraten war kaum umgesetzt. Meiner Meinung nach sehr lieblos. Dann hatten wir Problem mit dem Internet und weitere Unannehmlichkeiten durch Geräusche, die nicht aufhörten. Das Problem an der Rezeption angesprochen bekamen wir als Ersatz ein Ninango Haus, und das wiederrum war der Knaller, die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut und das war auch kein Vergleich zum Piratenzimmer. Das Gelände ist sehr schön gestaltet, es gibt überall was zu entdecken, super viele Spielplätze und es ist sehr sauber.

Das Piratenzimmer, der Rest war super !!!

Un paradís pels nens

Ambientat amb Lego Pirates. Amb un cofre ple de legos que fan l’estada dels petits un paradís. Exteriors amb parcs molt divertits i una petita granja amb animals. Saló del menjador molt gran i amb una sala infantil. Ubicació a 1 min de lalandia i 5 de Legoland

New nice and stylish place

Great location! Only 2 walk min till Lalandia and 7-10 min to LegoLand. Wonderfull territory with a lot of Lego sculptures, mini golf and playgrounds. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. The room was very big and comfortable.

No room service/cleaning for 3 days… On breakfast good to have porridges for kids.

Family vacation in Billund at a fair price

I’d like to thank the lady at the reception who was so kind as to let us check in at 8am after a long night trip (instead of 15.00)

beds are not too comfy. rooms should be cleaned during the guest’s stay.

Nice clean place to stay for reasonable price (compared with Lego Castle Hotel :) )

Basic, but very clean hotel close to Legoland. Pretty good continental breakfast, although there could be more fruit and vegies. Nice and helpful staff. IMPORTANT: although Booking information states that separate agreement or notification of hotel is required if arrival is after 9 p,, actually the front desk is 24/7. But it is recommended to check in only upon receipt of separate email from hotel. Then you will be sure the room will be saved for you at high season.

Not many options to stay around Legoland :) So, the price bites and value for money is not great. But if you would ask my kids - they loved everything.

Great location, everything else quite ok.

Location is good, Rooms very basic, no fridge to keep drinks cool in summer, no boiler, no coffee machine. Breakfast is decent, busy in peak hours, to be expected though. Oerall value for money quite ok providing that Denmark is an expensive destination anyway.

The trash bins in the room have not been changed/emptied which over a 4-day stay which is quite unacceptable. The beddings not towels were not changed over the 4-day stay, this could be improved.

Overall good stay.

Location is great, close to legoland and waterpark, even airport is a walking distance, though there is a free shuttle both directions. In motel territory is a lot of stuff to do for the kids.

Overall the stay was OK, but if to say what could be improved, then its mattress - too old as it feel as you fall in hole all the time. Breakfast - its ok, but could not understand why bacon had to be burned all the time. Wifi - could not connect to it with any device.

Great place for a family to stay for a few days.

It was great to have all of the activities available on property. The playgrounds were great and we had fun with mini golf. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were great and convenient, but there was no variation from day to day. The kids enjoyed it and there were plenty of options. They liked having the ice cream machine :)

There wasn't variety in food choices from day to day. The meals were a bit pricey, but I suppose the convenience is what you are paying for. It wasn't easy to get a fresh change of sheets when needed.

In the LEGO park village.There are some play grounds and we can walk to Lego house and Legoland.

Great place for kids, but Ground floor pirate rooms too noisy

The park, playground, location very close to LEGOLAND.

The room quite small, very bad sound insolation, hearing the discussions and the footsteps of the neighboring Rooms. We woke up at 6 o'clock when the children of the upstairs room have started to play and run!!! Double bed not comfortable, mattress too soft
