Prima hotel en perfecte locatie.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de kamer en badkamer brandschoon. De kamer was niet supergroot maar wel comfortabel.

Schitterend hotel in prachtige locatie. Een geweldig welkomstdrankje waarbij we zelfs een cocktail met nootjes kregen!!

A 5-star review is not enough,

Aside from the beautiful architecture of the hotel, what made my stay nothing less than spectacular was the amazing hotel staff. It felt like home because the staff was nice and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. I’d like to thank Sabrina, Jenna, Drea and Isla for giving the best treatment I’ve ever received in my life at a hotel! I hope to see all of you soon :)

Overcharging

Was a nice enough spot, was overcharged though when checking in. Made a complaint and then held off on leaving this review hoping for a positive outcome. That did not happen. Instead my complaint was ignored by both booking.com and the hotel. Bit disappointing. As such cannot recommend this hotel

Heerlijk weekend weg in Den Bosch met een heel fijn hotel op een geweldige locatie.

Ik vond de kamer wat tegenvallen qua grootte voor een kamer deluxe. En we vonden het jammer dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen was.

Sfeervol en gastvrij hotel midden in het centrum van Breda en op loopafstand van het station. Aardig personeel. Mooie kamer-upgrade gekregen naar 2 persoons. De kamer die mooi is ingericht lag aan een groot terras met schommelstoel. De bedden zijn er comfortabel. Goede faciliteiten en prima ontbijt.

Uniek hotel in hartje Den Bosch

- Toplocatie - Warme ontvangst, gratis minibar + welkomstdrankje bij bar beneden - Eigen en leuke stijl en erg leuk dakterras om op uit te kijken

- Douchecabine lekte enorm waardoor hele vloer telkens nat werd. - Ontvangst was top. Bij vertrek kwam er niemand naar receptie ondanks bellen.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik had een luxe suite geboekt. Dit bleek een normale kamer te zijn. Hotel kwam een beetje bejaard over, vervallen glorie.

Super hotel. Jammer van de nasmaak.

Super leuk origineel hotel, goede ligging, hele fijne bedden, aardig personeel.

Ik heb lang moeten wachten op mijn borg. Na meerdere telefoontjes en aantal weken wachten tot op heden (na 4 weken) geen borg op de rekening. Eerst door het fout noteren van bankrekeningnummer en vervolgens moest het worden verwerkt. Ik zou teruggebeld worden door de manager, maar ook dat gebeurt niet.

Good location, best value for your money

I like the location. Our rooms upgraded when we checked in to a bigger room for free. Although the building was old, bathroom was modern, clean spacy.

A little bit old building. Classical old Dutch property. But this also bring an atmosphere ... We were happy to stay.

Locatie was top en zeer stijlvol ingericht enorm mooie kamers, hal, bar, restaurant zeer aardige dame die goed Nederlands sprak ondanks haar portugeese achtergrond. Ook leuk dat je gebruik mocht maken van de minibar kortom erg gastvrij

Ik had verwacht de bovenkamers/suite te krijgen omdat booking.com dit zo voorschotelde middels bijpassende foto's. Dit was echter niet het geval dus dat viel een klein beetje tegen daardoor ontbrak een lekker warm bad na een regenachtige dag.

Uniek! Al zin om terug te gaan!

Uniek interieur! In àlles oog voor detail en kwaliteit, zowel op vlak van inrichting als customer service. Hier word je hartelijk en persoonlijk ontvangen in plaats van op basis van een boekingsnummer. Een bed alsof je op wolken slaapt. Heerlijke douche. Verzorgd en lekker ontbijt. Het personeel is sympathiek en professioneel… Ze leggen je echt in de watten, het is bijna alsof je bij familie op bezoek gaat.

Wonderful service, great space and a fun design in town centre location.

The lovely Serena checked me in with a smile and a very friendly personality, definitely an asset to the hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the start. We were able to park our bikes inside the restaurant for the night and then Serena showed us to our room and helped with the bags. We had a beautiful room and a free mini bar. Big comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and coffee maker. Loved the quirky design and layout. Great central location. Would recommend.

A small night light might be helpful as our bed was up a flight of stairs.

Quirky, interesting hotel. Super friendly and very nice staff always willing to help. And clean, would stay again.

I had requested a twin room on booking.com as the offer I booked was either a twin room or double room, but this got ignored and we had a double room. But i was travelling with a friend. I was offered an upgrade but would have to had to pay more for it. Also we got short straw on the view, it was just a brick wall, but the room was nice.

Exceptional

Couldn’t recommend the property more. We had a mini bar with included basic drinks which was refreshed daily, the beds were large and incredibly comfortable, and the decor was amazing. The hotel is very central to the city and close to the station.
