Super nice and comfy hotel with great staff and perfect location.

Our room was cheap, but still very nice. We had a room right beside the elevator so we thought it would be noisy, but the room was so quiet and nice even though the room was also facing the main canal. We were super happy!

One photo in booking.com showed a roof terrace, but this may come with one of the rooms or something, but the photo made us think it was for all quests.

Konumu tren istasyonuna çok yakındı. Etrafında market ve kafeler vardı.

Mutfak giriş ve çıkışları odaların baktığı alanda olduğu için, sabah çok erken saatte kahvaltı için hareketlilik başlıyor. Gürültü oluyor.

Super emplacement hôtel très bien à tous niveaux les chambres confortables nous avions pris chambre supérieure avec vue sur le canal et c était le cas se réveiller au bord du canal un pur bonheur

Breakfast selection was great however not enough tables/room, had to sit in main restaurant

The location is central and ideal

Housekeeping weren’t very good, they didn’t replace the dirty mugs in room and didn’t replenish toilet rolls during stay. Had to ask for more twice as we had none whatsoever in room. Breakfast was chaotic, a lot of waiting around for food to be replenished.

Si può migliorare

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione, con una bellissima vista sul canal grande. Staff molto gentile, hanno saputo rimediare alle varie problematiche che abbiamo riscontrato. Colazione ampia e varia.

Diversi problemi con la camera e i servizi, non da 4 stelle e non adatti al costo elevato. Arriviamo e ci danno per sbaglio una camera con 2 singoli, quando era prenotata una matrimoniale. Facciamo presente e subito ci cambiano camera. Nel pomeriggio, al momento di una doccia, ci accorgiamo che il bagno si allaga perché il plexiglas della vasca non aderisce, facciamo presente in reception e riescono nuovamente a cambiarci camera. Per scusarsi ulteriormente ci offrono anche 2 calici di vino. La mattina seguente (e quella dopo) ci svegliamo con la camera invasa dall’odore dolce dei cornetti. La sera torniamo dopo un lungo giro a Venezia e troviamo entrambe le finestre (salotto e bagno) completamente spalancate, così lasciate da chi aveva fatto le pulizie. Ovviamente chiamiamo molto arrabbiati e si scusano. La mattina del check out ci avvisano che hanno provveduto a rimborsare il 30% sulla seconda notte visto l’accaduto. In sostanza lo staff è stato gentile e subito pronto a risolvere i vari problemi, ma i servizi non sono stati all’altezza dell’hotel e del costo di 190€ a notte pagati

La chambre et la vue étaient magnifiques. Petit dej super.

Impossible de régler la température de l’eau de la douche. Le restaurant (hors petit dej) : trop cher, pas terrible et personnel pas aimable.

Really good value, nice hotel and fab location if coming by train

This hotel is in a brilliant location if you are arriving by train, it was so easy to get to The room was really nice, the pillows were terrible but everything else was good The staff were helpful and really friendly and the breakfast was amazing There is a restaurant which anyone can use and it was some good options for both drinks and meals We would definitely book this hotel again, thank you

The pillows were awful and we had to go through the main hotel and enter an adjoining building which felt a bit like going through an alley

Fabulous location next to the Grand Canal.

A wonderful view of the Grand Canal from our room. Excellent location near the station. Fabulous terrace for dinner next to the Grand Canal with friendly service and good food. Good air conditioning in bedroom. Friendly welcome.

over priced for our experience,

location was good, restaurant and staff was nice, front desk staff was just ok,

shower door in our first room was broken, had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water, soap dish next to the bidet was falling of the wall, black mold on bottem of the shower, our room was changed the next morning, this room was better, but also had black mold in the shower, then a/c stopped working for most of the day then started working again, room was very small for the price we paid, just under 900.00 for three nights, and LAST, was all the pigons / birds eating off the outside tables at breakfast after people left. cups smashing on the ground from all the birds, staff was very very SLOW !! to clean off the tables, this is unacceptable !! (i have a photo)

Great choice for comfort and easy access

It was super close to the train station and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was excellent and all the staff was helpful!

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. And the breakfast buffet was wonderful - you usually don’t see a breakfast of this caliber in Europe.

Horrible mosquito infestation in the rooms - literally all guests were talking about it. They need to institute proper pest control ASAP. The shower was incredibly small. There was no sound proofing so you could hear your neighbors’ doors slamming loudly all the time.

View from a room I stayed in was really nice. Front staff was really friendly and had a hospitality.

Some rooms, it contains a room I stayed in, are too close to the shore where many traders transport some goods. So I suffered from some and loud noise caused by it in every early morning. It was really huge compensation of nice view.
