Great location, very comfortable rooms with very good amenities throughout the hotel.

Everything in this hotel was excellent. The breakfast was superb and a huge assortment of foods. The location was much more than we expected with quiet shady walks around the hotel and the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from and the MRT 4 mins walk away and at a cost of 10c the train went directly to Marina Bay and the Gardens by the Bay. It was so easy. Dinner and drinks at the hotel were expensive with a glass of wine costing around $25. The buffet dinner was excellent and probably one of the best we have had, but we only did once at a cost of around $250 for two.

An excellent stay with friendly staff, Across the road to Havelock MRT. Highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff. High level room which was very comfortable and a very good size. Great buffet breakfast. Very close to Havelock MRT.

A very pleasant and clean hotel in an excellent position for relaxing.

Pleasant atmosphere. Good location. On the Singapore River bank and within easy walking distance over the foot bridge to Robertson Quay and many eating places. Subway transport was across the road and only several stops away from Gardens by the Bay and China Town. The Concierge Staff and all the Dining Staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful and we were treated with respect by them.

The check in staff could have been more welcoming and more helpful, they were abrupt and talked down to us. I think they expect guests to use online check-in instead of face-to-face check-in. Concierge and Breakfast and Dining Staff were very friendly, kind and very helpful and made up for the shorfall of the check in staff.

This very closed MRT, Bus station, very convenient! Extremely delicious breakfast. Nice view from our room.

Seem like some smell in our room but im not sure what’s this smell.

Good location, clean and spacious

Reasonable sized room with good bathroom and shower. Room was very clean. Helpful porters and waiters were all great. Self-service check-in, but was helped by staff to speed things along. Good location with easy access to River + bars & restaurants. Buffet breakfast included in our price - plenty of food choices.

Weirdly, the toast making facilities are located well away from the main food area.

Very nice hotel and looking forward to visit again!

Receptionist Mr. Joe Chew was very helpful and friendly. I ahve met him during my previous visits too but always ready to greet with a smile.

Breakfast used to close down sharp on time. This should be more relaxed as some guests like to have a quiet relaxed breakfast. Towardss the end even staff does not replanish items and just saying its over.

Close to Metro, best staff and nice rooms

We booked when we watched the Eras Tour and and we were so happy that everything was convenient and efficient. Metro was only a few steps away. The Staff were so friendly and accommodating (Marie, Shirley and Paul were so helpful). The rooms were newly renovated so it was so clean and modern. The view from our room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

Close to the river which was full of nice coffee/Resturant and great walk

Small rooms, limited space to hang cloths. one room was extremely smelly. Big problem with the canalisation. Breakfast was not good enough and staff were so inflexible.

The view was really great, the rooms were comfortable, some of the staff were very helpful however we had a couple that were not at all.

The buffet breakfast was not good, there were a lot of other tourists who would push through you and the other staff would ignore it which was very annoying, some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the cost included for buffet breakfast felt we like we lost value, we would spend no more than 15 minutes and eat barely anything due to the above factors.

Perfect location to get in and out of the tourist spots.

The location is very convenient to Havelock MRT Station and also for tourist to hop on and hop off the bus.

Perfect honeymoon

We got upgraded for our honeymoon, got free breakfast and a congratulations cake. The view out to marina bay was amazing and the staff were exceptional.

Mostly had to get a taxi, mrt or order in to get food. Not many options very close by.

Luxurious and comfortable

Lovely location on the waterfront, where we had long walks, experienced the local lifestyle and dined out regularly. Vincent (at the door) was an amazing staff member, helpful and extremely knowledgable.

The children from room 1908 screamed and frequently slammed the door for hours around midnight.

Overall is good stay for 2nights. We enjoyed the stay and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The room is newly renovated and I like the simple design will build in drinking water tap.

The jacuzzi pool is small and need more maintenance.
