Pleasant stay in a surprisingly comfy budget hotel

Close to where I needed to go, bed was really comfy and rooms really spacious.

A mini bar fridge would be handy to store water in or if you bring your own food.

Excellent value, location, cleanliness and comfort. Will be returning.

Welcoming, polite and friendly staff (at desk and cleaner too), efficient check-in, extremely clean and comfortable. Close to fairly busy roads but well-soundproofed so sleep was not at all disturbed.

I liked it all.

just a really nice hotel, would of gladly stayed longer, but was only in Leeds for the Premier League darts, not far to walk for some nice pubs, not far from the First Direct Arena

Only thing I noticed was the staff not smiling or as helpful as other hotels but nothing to complain about the night staff just looked miserable tbh but il be back again

Getting a good night's sleep at Ibis budget Leeds

How very helpful the staff were. The quietness of the room and restful atmosphere. Very easy access to city centre shops and transport hubs.

The very limited menu e.g. how hard is it to have salad on the menu? It seemed very difficult to simply get a pint of shandy from the bar.

Would recommend and stay again.

Kettle and hairdryer in the room. Simple, clean.

Not many eating out places in the area and the hotel bar had only some crisps. Would be nice if they offered some more snacks and nibbles.

Standard for a night / work single or couple

Pet friendly Easy to get out for the dogs Calm for a Saturday Bed was comfy

Bathroom was for disabled but not idea why they gave us that room Maybe because we were having two little dogs and it’s bigger

Value for money.

All looked good to me. Had friends staying in the Hilton, didn't look much different although maybe slightly smaller. I liked the curtains were blackout and the room wasn't too hot.

The mattress and pillows. Both were wafer thin - although I'd expected this. Everything else was great.

Avoid this place!

Location

The rooms start stinking as soon as the upper level room uses the toilets. Towels were provided dirty with mark (reported to the reception nothing done) Toilet has a leak and it was noisy, so no sleep at night. When I complained to the reception they said they will raise an investigation with the maintenance and no compensation was offered for the poor service. Toilet door doesn’t close. I had to move to holiday inn which was much much better.

Just stayed the night for an early start locally. Clean, easy check in , good breakfast and very reasonable rate.

the decor

i booked on line because your advert says that you have baths.....i even sent a msg to the hotel staff via booking.com requesting a room with a bath and i get an email reply to say there is no problem with my request .... i get to the hotel to pay i say to the guy who checks me in it should be a room with a bath he says okay then hands me the card i get to the 5th floor to my room and see that there is no bath....i go all the way back down to the desk to let him know he said we dont have baths then went to get the manager....after 25 mins of me trying to get a full refund from the manager and informing her that i am late for my plans...she finally does it i was advised.....id like a full refund and to be compensated please for all the inconveniences suffered here....

Ok except for being mislead about free parking - there isn’t any

Walk in shower was nice. Cooler/heater was good. Comfy bed

Misleading advert on booking.com which stated free parking. There isn’t. If I’d known this I would not have booked your hotel. You should make sure booking.com correct their site

Ridiculously expensive due to the ashes being on at headlingley. Normally circe £75 and this stay cost £199! That's business I guess
