Lovely hotel in a handy location for Leeds city centre.

Breakfast was a very nice buffet. Great location - easy access to city centre. Staff were very helpful.

It was a very warm night with just a fan - no aircon.

I used this facility for work, so it was okay, I wouldn't look to return.

The bed was comfortable, and you did have tea and coffee and the parking was okay.

The breakfast wasn't amazing, for someone that doesn't eat pork, they had scrambled egg, mushrooms and tomato, so no vegetarian sausages etc as an option. Coffee pot was cold coffee. It was okay but it wasn't somewhere I would looked to go back to.

The free car park is an absolute bonus, the location is mint, the staff, especially the lady on reception are most helpful and considerate, especially when a member of our group was taken ill and had to return home, she was very thoughtful, very nice to see, excellent. Stayed here twice now on the way to family functions, will definitely be back. P.s breakfast was great, wide choice tasted great, what more could you want

When I booked this hotel I had reservations about location but we are already looking for reasons to visit again

The location is brilliant far enough out of the city for some peace and quiet but with a bus stop directly outside the hotel that takes you straight into the city with no changes and buses every 15mins

Convenient location

Staff were all very friendly and helpful The room was a good size as was the bed. Good facilities in room ie Iron, Ironing board, tea & coffee. My room was road side of hotel fortunately not a busy road so did not get disturbed by road noise with windows closed.

Hotel was tired especially reception, new carpets were being laid throughout rooms and landing The restaurant definitely needed an upgrade some of the chairs were unstable. Shower in room had hardly any water pressure.

Wiil defintely sty again if we find ourselves in Leeds

Amazingly friendly greeting from reception staff. We needed breakfast earlier than their usual Sunday serving and also vegan and they were really accommodating. It was very nice too!

The Small Double Room didn't have as much headroom as I'd ideally like but you can see this clearly in the room descriptions and photos before booking, so if this is an issue you can go for the Standard size room.

Class A Drugs

Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was really nice and the hotel room had everything we needed. .

On the evening we checked in my husband went to use the toilet in our hotel room and as he moved an item in the bathroom a bag of Class A Drugs fell onto the floor! In the morning we spoke to the receptionist who couldn't appolgise enough and passed all our details on to the manager - 6 days later we have still not heard anything from the manager - we have also emailed and received no communication back. I really feel that the manager has really let the hotel down by not responding as the other staff went above and beyond. What scares me is that my granddaughter aged 5 came to our room at 7.30am in the morning and it frightens me to think what if she picked it up. I didn't want to write a review but as there has been no communication with the hotel manager I feel like I need to.

Great stay

The staff was amazing and welcoming, thanks a lot for the check in as we had to rush to a wedding. Nice breakfast, decent room, good location the hotel has its own parking.

Other guests were saying it gets loud as the walls are thin, but I am using earplugs, so probably something I'd recommend for a peaceful sleep
