Absolutely perfect couldn’t fault it

Everywhere was very clean, the room was cosy, the facilities were outstanding and the staff went above and beyond

The location was very good although there wasn’t any option to really venture out for drinks etc

Pleasant

New tree top spa was brilliant, very quiet and peaceful not over crowded. Restaurant decor was lovely and food was good too. Staff were pleasant and happy to answer any queries we had.

Hotel has been refurbished however I feel rooms do not reflect this as our room was still quite dated. I feel the website needs to be updated to show more pictures of what rooms are like at the time of booking.

Outside area great, pool was warm 👌 Water bed was comfy with the heater Hot tub was hot hot Staff were really nice Food was very tasty, dinner and breakfast was v nice Great value for room, spa and breakfast

Outside bar or bar near the pool area would have been nice Drink prices in bar were very very expensive. Very Limited cocktail menu in the bar

No toilets or showers at the spa. No phone in the room and tv didn’t work.

Orange light from car park on all night coming through window. Get a time on it!! . Did not sleep at all.. £33 for roast dinner!!! £7 pint larger. Was I in Tokyo? Most expensive bar and restaurant ever been in.. come on team be realistic . But in middle of no where so captured market

Our stay was enjoyable, we had everything we needed.

The breakfast was good, there was plenty of variety, we have been many times for a meal, and decided to have an overnight stay.

There was not anything we did not like, the hotel is quite quaint, and it is good to have the car park.

I did speak to the general manager Charlotte, she was very professional and dealt with my complaint

room was lovely and very clean

we were celebrating our wedding Anniversary The meal was disappointing and the approach of the restaurant manager was totally unacceptable
