Comfortable, clean and friendly staff.

We stayed on 14th floor and was very nice in the room

Shower wasn’t very practical as water would splash out onto the floor being a slip hazard

Stay was good because of the location and the room was clean

Location and staff

Our room was opposite a stairwell, which felt very basic. The landings and communal areas felt tattered and dirty. It felt quite tired compared with the Voca we just stayed at in Melbourne.

Very good location Staff at the breakfast place very friendly and supportive . Harshi is very friendly and helpful. Chef made me special omelet and chicken kanchi And the staff who brought it me is very kind - very sorry cannot remember her name 🙏😊

Room service could be better . No water bottles kept in the room and we have call to get water Night room service is through Uber I think 🤔

It was nicer than I anticipated and staff were really nice & professional.

Wasn't able to have breakfast, but look forward next time.Easy to get to. All aspects of hotel very professional. Great location.loved the bathroom & shower area.

Lots of teas but only 3x instant coffee sachets.very minor.

Great time!

Excellence staffs service, nice and friendly. Offers us to check in early, you can also apply IHG member for free. No issues to asked for late check out for my case. Room is excellence and comfort especially beds and more space Location is good, near river so you can see the top view and river view from your room if you book the river view (my room is city view) Plus- you can walk along the bridge to visit Museum and other attraction places, if you love to sightseeing walk, I recommended, you can visit the attraction places in Brisbane! :D

Comfortable, stylish and staff were willing to be really helpful , the breakfast was great and had so much choice

no shades in pool area so i couldn’t go to the pool with my little girl which was really disappointing

Room, breakfast and location.

2 of the 3 elevators were out of action for the majority of our stay. Chairs in room a little uncomfortable.

Lift was out of order, so had to use service lift. Wasn't a big deal, but just meant it was a little longer wait for the lift.

Very good

Great buffet breakfast choice for someone who is gluten intolerant like me. Gym facilities were clean and spacious - not crammed in like some hotels. Room was clean, with plenty of amenities. The bed & pillows were also comfy. Walking distance to Queen Street Mall and The Museum/Southbank.

Not the hotels fault, but there is a lot of road work occurring in the area which could be cumbersome if you’re driving in the city for the first time.

Great views, great location and super comfy beds!

The room was great with an amazing river view. Really comfy beds. A short walk to QPAC. Room service food was fantastic and delivered promptly. Nice bathroom, great AC. Lovely staff, convenient parking.
