So filthy I refused to stay they kept my money

Location

This is not a safe building for solo female travellers. The general filth, the urine soaked carpets, the fake pictures used, the fake amenities listed, this building has tenants who live here and use the very slow elevators you will also encounter very poor customer service and possibly realestate auctions in the room next door I’ve traveled well over 76 countries solo and this was the place that gave me panic sweats. Immediately after checking in I refused to stay due to the safety aspect, the condition of building and fake advertising but they kept $300 of my $1300. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Clean, good amount of space, everything worked and went smoothly. Comfy bed, good tv, working kitchen, good bathroom and amenities, nice soaps

A little bit of noise from both the street and other tenants, to be expected from the location but the walls might not have been the thickest. Weirdly placed power points.

I like the location of the apartment was walking distance from everything. The space was good. facilities were adequate. The balcony was a good view.

The apartment was overpriced for a one night stay. The check in process was slow as there should have been a few more staff on for the amount of guests wanting to check in. The key to the car park didn't work so then we had to get a new one and have the lady at reception help us open the gate. The furniture had marks on them and the shower head broke off the wall and fell on me as soon as I turned the shower on. Overall the building needs a few minor makeovers otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Orientation of room. There seemed nowhere you could put your suitcase without falling over it. The shower leaked badly had to use the extra towel to mop up. There was a smell in the vestibule due to the garbage Shute. Not a happy camper.

Disappointing

General house keeping could do with improvement, mould in the bathrooms. The room needed some general maintenance, blinds didn't work and furniture had rips. Bathroom door was hard to slide.

property was expected. however the staff member Ho Lee was excellent. we were given a free upgrade, and ensured our stay was a great one. he was lovely and patient and someone everyone needs in their company.

Mostly good apart from soft beds and not being able to fully use living room after dark-Great staff!

Central location exactly what we wanted, and apartment had everything you could need for either a short or longer stay, with good facilities for washing and cooking etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Ho, who helped us sort out teething problems with the fans and safe.

The beds were quite soft, so no good for us and we ended up with backache most mornings, but would be perfect for anyone who actually likes soft beds, so just a personal dislike rather than a problem with the apartment. What we REALLY didn't like though, was the lack of curtains in the living room. (There was a net curtain only). It is quite creepy sitting there knowing that the dozens of people in the apartments over the road can see everything you are doing, like being on display. We ended up sitting in the dark and just using the ambient light from the bedrooms to see our way around in the evening. Whoever owns this particular apartment (I think it was 1103), should pay for a decent curtain to protect the guest's privacy.

Average apartment, very friendly staff, great location.

Staff, particularly Ho, were very helpful and accommodating.

We booked a 2 Bdr Apt 6 months in advance, requesting the highest floor possible as we came from a Regional Area to enjoy views....upon check in we were allocated the 6th Floor! The lounge could not seat 4 people as booked. Only free to air TV was available. The electric oven did not work, thank god the microwave did. One bedside lamp in the master Bdr did not work. Basin plug in the 2nd Bdr did not hold water. Shower rose in Bdr 2 operated only just above a trickle. Bdr 2 door did not close properly.

Location was excellent. Close to the city centre, eateries, parks and sight seeing. The staff were very friendly and the apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable
