We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Cap d'Artrutx links the areas of Cala en Bosc and Son Xoriguer to offer a wide variety of experiences. You can take a trip along the coast to the east. This is a very beautiful stretch of coast. After about 50 minutes you will reach a cove called Cala Parejals, an incredible spot with crystal clear waters. Very close by is the "Cave of the Sparrows", worth a visit.
Only 8 km away from Ciudadela, one of the main cities of the island, where you can enjoy its elegant streets, shops, restaurants and its charming port.
Don't miss the opportunity to fall in love with the sunsets and the view of the island of Mallorca on the horizon.

No Smoking inside the house.
Parties or Events only with previous permission.
Pets are not allowed.
Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission.
One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
Please treat the house as if it’s your own.
300€/500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
