Bournemouth ist zum Baden super.

Es gab kostenfrei einen Innenpool. Gut bei schlechtem Wetter. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Abendessen war lecker, ein bisschen wenig und nicht günstig.

Es sind leider nicht alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und es war nachts zu heiß. Die Fenster gingen nicht weit auf. Deshalb konnte es nicht abkühlen. Wir haben dann kostenlos nach zwei Nächten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage bekommen, allerdings war dieses deutlich kleiner. Die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage sind an heißen Tagen niemandem mehr zuzumuten.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel was superb but the room was definitely not as good as last time we stayed

Staff were very friendly and helpful

No air con in rooms. Were too hot Shower screen did not work Requested a double bed and got two singles

Good value and convenient but beware during hot weather

Nice enough accommodation and facilities. Convenient location and car park

Realise there was a heat wave but room was like a sauna with very limited ventilation and only a fan that hardly made a difference

Breakfast and dinner very good. Room unbearably hot Difficult to sleep.. Swimming pool enclosed and no ventilation. Over. 40 degrees inside. Had to go down to reception every time you entered. Only 6 loungers inside and only 8 in the garden. Impossible to get one. Could not use the spa facilities without paying £15 each. Added to the £30 for the car park. Shame as the hotel was very clean and staff excellent. Would not go again.

Pool facilities Access to Spa Extremely hot in rooms. No air conditioning and windows only opening slightly outwards.

Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel could not say a bad thing about it

The staff food spa swimming pool located nearby bus and beach and town

We could see the hotel is being upgraded so just a few small things in our room that could have been nicer but over all the a lovely room

Nice hotel and would use again.

Good location, places to eat nearby. Did not eat at the hotel.

Bedroom was nice, but bathroom was dated and needed some attention. Main areas were more modern and more up to date. Pillows weren't that comfy.

Great for mini break

Great location for centre and beaches. Friendly staff. Recently refurbished room with huge comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Excellent shower. The gym (much better than expected) and pool were great. Food in restaurant was also very good. Would definitely come back. Lots of comfy seating options in the bright social spaces.

Minor quibbles. Even better if the room had a fridge. Also, we used the spa (at modest extra cost) which was relaxing but the steam room wasn't working and didn't seem much of an effort to fix it.

Radiator in bathroom broken so couldn’t be turned off had to use air on to counteract the heat!!

100% brilliant value for money superb hotel

The spa facilities were absolutely spot-on for what I needed, the gymnasium was very very well equipped, much more than you would expect in a hotel and the Jacuzzi etc brilliant..

The staff were all engaging even one of the painters, carrying out some work stopped to say hello, and smiled. It really does make the difference…

Delightful hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Very quiet during the day and night.

Very warm room. 1st floor had little air and as we had a heatwave the room was quite stuffy. Luckily they had a fan in the wardrobe. When we come again we will go for a ground floor room. Having to pay for the carpark £12.00 a day should be free for residents of the hotel in my opinion. Shower head wouldn't stay up, it kept sliding down but easily fixed.

the room we were in had no windows but had doors onto the balcony but it was ground floor so leaving doors open felt like a security risk BUT it was super hot in the room and the fan was not enough!

Comfortable place to stay close to Bournemouth town centre and beach

Spacious, clean rooms Modern bar area with good drinks selection (shout out to Zara who provided excellent service at the bar) Well equipped gym Great location - close to town and beach

One of the reception staff was a bit rude to us when checking in - the rest of the staff were friendly though

Bathroom. no extractor fan. Although shower was very powerful it kept falling off the holder when turned on. Also Bath could be removed and walk in shower put in as quite dangerous getting in over the edge of the bath with no handrails.

Really enjoyed

We really enjoyed our stay, left relaxed. Loved facilities and location. Very clean.

Not much to complain about. No mirror in bathroom above sink. I think our room was new and they’d forgotten one. Remote didn’t reach TV unless you sat at end of bed but our room was so spacious and the TV was huge.

Could have been better. Bites a huge concern

The pool was lovely with the outdoor seating area. The staff were very approachable. The evening meal was good and good value for money. The bar area was pleasant.

I had bites on my ankles after my stay. The room was very small and out of date decor wise and looked shabby. The lady serving in the bar was very good but clearly rushed off her feet as on her own.

Very Nice Breakfast there was a lot of options Very comfortable beds no gap in the middle which is what you get in most hotels Warm and clean pool and great depth for children Late checkout

Room was too small we had a family room and had a cot and and a single bed but could bearly move around Needs to be a bit more modern was very dated To get to the pool you have to walk past everyone whilst they are eating or having drinks in your swimming costume Paying for parking is always a down fall when staying in a hotel it should be included in the price of the room.

An incredible experience!

Delicious breakfasts. Lots of variety. Evening meal was also delicious. Reasonable price for using the Spa. Room was fantastic. Lounge area was very accommodating.
