Superb service

Excellent service from the lady on the check in desk. Really made us feel welcome and even gave my daughter a Hilton teddy bear that she was made up about. Breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice. My daughter wanted pancakes, and there was only the option of plant based, which she didn't want. There were lots of other things for her to eat though so that is us being picky really.

Can't control the temp in the room.

Great location, friendly staff.

The location was great close to everything. We needed for a couple of days in and around London

The rooms were quite small and our shower had no screen or curtain so water went ever where when we showered

Would certainly stay again

The room was very clean and comfortable and the windows opened, to provide fresh air. Small fridge was appreciated. Staff were very helpful and generally very cheerful. Breakfasts are great - huge variety and well cooked, and the small bar provides some good food in the evenings.

Good enough

The bed was comfortable. The fitness room very good. On site restaurant handy. Plenty of space to relax or work downstairs.

The room was small. Bathroom very tiny and very tired. Due to proximity to the Kensington roundabout it is noisy. Double glazing is great but if you like fresh air the constant chorus of road rage and ambulance sirens is quite something.

Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Zeer propere kamer. Het is een oud gebouw en sommige plaatsen zijn aan een update toe. Kleine kamer maar prima ingericht. Thee en oploskoffie op de kamer, kleine koelkast. Ligt langs de Central line en dus heel gemakkelijke verbindingen

Good location but poor hotel

Location near shepherds bush tube station

The rooms. Too small. Our air conditioning didn’t work so they provided a fan. I asked to move rooms to a bigger room and one with a working air conditioner. They did this the next day and provided complimentary breakfasts, which were appreciated. The hotel is old and tired and could do with a serious renovation.

Location was good, it felt safe inside too.

Room service we ordered was horrific. How you can destroy a pizza like that is unacceptable. Very disappointing. Our toilet kept flushing all night long, terrible nights sleep

Very convenient location, services available were very good

Location to shops, public transport, could store luggage, laundry service, place to have a coffee and a light meal.

Bathroom, need a better shower arrangement eg curtain. Floor became quite wet after a shower. We didn’t like room service staff, they were wanting us to depart our room on 2 occasions prior to checkout time of 12pm. We had mentioned this on checkout and were apologised to by the desk several times.

The hotel is near the largest mall in London.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was the smallest we have ever stayed in otherwise it was clean and the shower was great.

Check in etc; very helpful and friendly concierge staff. I didn't realise breakfast was provided, so did not try it - which seemed a shame because from the outside, it looked excellent.

Excellent location for bus and train travel.

The breakfast was excellent, it had an extensive range of foods. It catered well for people with food allergies and intolerances eg gluten free cereal, bread bread rolls and muffins as well as plant based croissants and a variety of dairy free milk options. All Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The secret of this hotel lies in its staff

Great breakfast lots of option, had a lovely stay here in london. The staff were exceptional when my family member needed medical help - will 100% go back here on my next trip to London. The staff were efficient, competent and kind to my family and I.

Bargain top quality hotel with great transport links

The location of the Hilton London Kensington Hotel is central and works for me every time! The rooms are sizeable and not matchbox, typical of Central London hotels. The room was clean, everything worked. The tasty room service meals were delivered promptly!

Fairly central hotel about a 7 minute walk from Shepherds Bush underground station

Excellent breakfast and efficient staff

Room was on the small side. Entrance way into the room was extremely narrow. So much so that the bathroom needed a sliding door which could barely be moved. Although when this was mentioned to staff it was rectified same day.
