Warm friendly reception, at the main desk... un- Intrusive manner was appreciated.

Soft bed...to soft spent most of the evening on the floor.

The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of guests coming back up the stairs and talking at night is clearly audible.

Wouldn't book again

Location for purpose. Parking.

Room too hot. Street noise horrendous. Only one bath towel. Had to ask for second. Toilet refill was noisy and took ages. Cleanliness: Especially bathroom by extractor fan. Bed was extremely soft with little support.

I definitely wouldn't stay there again

The room was very small, and the bed was very uncomfortable

The headboard fell off the wall and onto both of us as we were sleeping. It had been badly fitted you could see it wasn't the first time it had fallen off, because there were many holes in the wall behind the headboard.

Room Size

The situation is ideal within the town centre and the room was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Although the room was a double, the space was extremely confined. A pocket door to the bathroom would be preferable. I found navigating the exceptionally cramped as a solo guest. Two people would struggle.

For the money they charge they should provide a breakfast, i think they need to put the price down if they can not supply a breakfast!

please do yourself a favour and avoid !!!

I liked nothing about this place it’s dirty and a dreadful. we got as far as checking in and walked out demanding a full refund which I’m still waiting for . avoid at all costs !

probably the worst place I’ve been to and I’ve been to some terrible countries which were better than this
