Would stay again, probably a smaller room as it serves our purpose. Nice place, has changed a lot.

The room was huge and the view was great. The sheets were very noisy. I dont know why. All in all good.

Sheets were not very comfy. One chair in the room for 2 people.

This is probably the worst Crowne Plaza hotel. Unhelping and rigid staff, overall hospitality bad.

The rooms are nice and neat.

The breakfast was very average especially for vegans and vegetarians, do not go by the booking.com review that they have an ellaborate spread. THEY DON'T! We struggled to find options at the breakfast counter and survived on breads. The staff at the breakfast reception she was very very rude and showed signs of racism. You spend a decent amount to stay at the Crowne Plaza but they don't even provide drinking water in your room. We requested for eggless crossaints a few days in advance and they outright rejected. Overall very rigid and from a hospitality point of view and from previous Crowne Plaza experiences at AbuDhabi, India, other countries, this one was probably the worst one. Big thumbs down. Would not recommend this property at Gold Coast.

Crowne Plaza sums up what Surfers Paradise has become, a dirty tourist trap with low standards.

The room was like a prison, everything secured or locked down, want soap for the bath tub? be prepared to pump it into your hand and carry it to the sink because why?

on one side I had a baby screaming and on the other side a couple had loud sex and then 2 hours later yelling having a domestic fight. why the paper walls?

Much needed stay made special by Abbie front desk

everything was excellent Abbie at front desk went above n beyond normal services just amazing she made our stay more special with her kind gesture and making as as comfy as possible.

there wasn't realy anything mayb newer pillows but i still slept well

Breakfast was good usual buffet with everything you could want eggs and omelette cooked separately to your choice Location was good between surfers Paradise and Broadbeach beach short walk 5 minutes

I was generally happy and would gladly stay again on my next visit.

the breakfast was excellent and the parking was easy and available.

To get from my room to the car park required a change of lifts at ground level...which at times added 2 or 3 mins to my exit.

Room was clean and had nice ocean view Dinner at Relish was good Breakfast at Relish was OK Parking was handy, only it said it was included and we had to pay for it when we arrived

Toilet water ran all night and dripped into the toilet Bed was ok, but sheets and the doona were hard and noisy Shower had mould in corners

Staff at reception were rude. Staff also don’t answer the phone when called from room. Complained about neighbours playing loud music and took 3 calls before it was seen to. Food was bland and not seasoned at all. Best meal was the stir fried vegetables. Wait staff were excellent with room delivery. Reception staff need some work. Seems a bother for them to have to do their job

Recommend staying here

Drove from Sydney and all I wanted was a quick seamless check-in and a comfortable bed - the staff were friendly attentaive and I was in my room in no time relaxing with an awesome view of the beach

Staff were all so friendly it was really refreshing aftert the Novotel. Rooms really good and views amazing. Good pool and food.

If really had to find something it would have been the beds and bedding could have been a little better for price of hotel but all in all still not at all bad

Room was cold and air conditioning doesn't heat. An aircon with tempertaure selection that doesnt work ??? Supplied with an oil heater to compensate (which only had 3 castors wheels) . service moved us later to less cold room

It was a great hotel.

I was disappointed I was not put down for the breakfast I had already paid for and ended up not getting it. Then, on check out I was suddenly charged extra for the breakfast I didn’t get, but had already paid for. This was however resolved, but the systems in place were not good enough.

Comfortable stay, good value

Spacious room, good bed. pleasant pool area, great view of the Jewel building, right next to light rail station, short walk to the beach.

No sofa in the room. Nice restaurants are over a km away.

Good, but needs updating.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel is great. Staff were very friendly and the pool facilities were really good too. Rooms are a decent size with a good view.

The rooms are very outdated. There were no towel racks to hang towels, the wallpaper in the rooms was peeling, cupboards were scratched etc and the buffet breakfast gets very very busy and crowded. Overall, it was a good stay but I think a bit overpriced for what you get. The rooms need to be renovated if you're asking people to pay a bit more.

Great hotel

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Junior ocean view suite was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast in the morning was great and had a lot of selection. We also had dinner at the hotel and room service several times and each time the food was delicious and reasonable priced. Staff were very friendly and took the time to help, had an issue with our TV on the first day, they tried very hard to fix it on that day but couldn't but had it sorted out the next day. Rooms were also cleaned promptly everyday, better than alot of other hotels where I have had to ring house keeping to clean the room. Pool and other amenities were also very good. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach.

It was sometime very hard to get anyone when you rang from your room phone, it would often ring and ring with no answer. But that was a very minor inconvenience.

Hotel grande e muito confortável

A piscina é ótima, o atendimento também, a vista do quarto era ótima, o conforto interno também. Excelente hotel para quem está com crianças.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O centro comercial fica afastado - o que pode ser bom caso esteja buscando tranquilidade ou ruim caso procure agito. Restaurantes são afastados do hotel.

Not worth the money

Location

The plates were always dirty in the breakfast area, had to wait for a long time everyday to get fresh plates once received most of them were dirty. Had to call multiple times for getting the extra towels. The room cleaning staff everyday forgot to replace the coffee mugs, coffee and spoons had to call in every time

The bed and bedding is awful. Restless sleep. There don’t seem to be enough staff - always a long queue at reception no matter when you visit.

Muy bien ubicado. A pocos metros supermercado. Caminando a surfers paradise el cartel 20min. Habitación espaciosa y unas vistas impresionantes (planta 18). Alberto en recepción un encanto y muy amable. Parking de pago pero muy espacioso. Lavandería en la planta B1 para los huéspedes.

Desayuno muy justito para lo que se espera de este hotel. Piscina exterior fría.
