Recommended Establishment!

The room was clean and comfortable, although small due to the age of the building. The food was excellent,the breakfast superb!! The staff were friendly and helped with any aspect of out stay. An historic area and building....most interesting.

The shower was a bit small for me (I'm a bit large!!), but it operated well. NOT HOTEL....we were very sad to find that almost all museums and historic sites of interest were closed midweek. Our Taxi Driver blamed the Council!!

Lovely Wagon and Horses

Spacious well equipped room. Plenty of milk! Great helpful staff who were happy to offer relevant information. Nothing too much trouble and fantastic that there is an elevator 🛗

Good place to stay when travelling from Scotland to South West

The breakfast was good and being able to park outside was a bonus.

A pleasant, one night stay in an interesting part of Lancaster.

Friendly and helpful host and very nice breakfast staff. The room and bathroom were warm and clean. The choice at breakfast was good and breakfast was nicely cooked and presented.

The easy access to Lancaster.

The rooms were so very hot. Opening the wi dow made the noise from other air con uncomfortable.

Lovely spot and comfortable. The two lady’s on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were extremely lovely.

The building was gorgeous. Bedroom was well equipped and clean.

marvellous Location Carole and Pool wonderful marvellous hosts , Easy parking very well fitted up room. and wonderful staff,Breakfast was superb couldn’t fault anything about the wagon and horses i,and at the Maritime Museum next door fascinating

Beautifully presented, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Room perhaps a little on the small side was exceptionally clean and well presented. Very well situated fir the city centre.

There was nothing not to like.

A nice, comfortable hotel, good food and friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were newly fitted out.

fantastic, warm, welcoming and a through enjoyable stay!

the pub was in an excellent location, the breakfast was outstanding, the bed was comfy and the staff and owner were absolutely awesome! it was an absolute pleasure and I would thoroughly recommend, many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had to leave early for a work meeting and they supplied me with a take away breakfast, don't get that everywhere. Very clean and excellent evening meal.
