Have stayed many times at this property and love the convenient location close to Rundle Mall, restaurants, tram and rai

Great location, very quiet rooms

The mini bar had not been serviced and there was an opened, partially drunk bottle of wine in the fridge.

Overall good stay.

The location and affordability

We had a room on the 13th floor, the room next to us we think was being refurbished. Definitely sounded like there was work happening for long periods of time. If that is the case maybe don’t rent the room out rite Nextdoor.

Would have been great in 2004.

Fantastic location

Uncomfortable bed, no wifi, non smart tv so no access to chromecast or streaming apps. Tv only had abc and SBS. Hallways dark and dated.

Good location...and that's about all that good about this hotel!

We booked 1 room for myself and my husband and another for my daughter and her partner.The rooms were dirty and dated, the hotel is definitely not a 5* I would say its a 3.5 at the most When we checked in we paid the room cost and had to give $100 holding per room for incidentals so we charged our meal at the adjoining restaurant to our rooms, which was $200per room. When we checked out we were told we had to pay for the restaurant bill and she would then return the $100 per room and we would get that back within 5 days. I said no, the meal was an incidental and the $100 per room should be used against the bill and we would pay the remaining $200. The woman on restaurant, who claimed yo be a manager said "no! tha is nit how it works..you pay and I give you the holding deposit back!" I refused and asked for another manager, we stood there for 20 minutes and no one came so I spoke to another person (not a manager) and she said the manager is in a meeting, and yet the other woman didn't even tell me that! I asked the same person to sort the hill out and she, she was more helpful and agreed that the I was correct and all I had to pay was and extra $200 as the holding fee was used for the restaurant bill. If the other woman really was a manager then she is need of serious retraining in both customer service and knowledge of the hotel procedures!

Good central Location

Tired. Taps need washers replacing in every room (my family occupied 5 rooms total - each room had annoying leaking taps) mattress in several of our rooms had hollows in them do to over usage and no rotation.

Dreadful

We stayed in room 913. The room was clean but dated, the Bed was dreadful!! There was a Huge dip in the bed and felt like I was rolling out of the bed. I woke up with a really bad back.

Great place to stay but horrible parking

Very clean & friendly staff

The parking was horrendous, when you have a child with a disability & there is no disabled parks in the car parking, makes it very hard to get him in & out of the car. When you pay $30 a night you’d expect a park assigned to your room not “The sign says full but there’s heaps of spots up there” well there wasn’t, quiet disappointing

Disappointed with the out come

The room wasn’t any extra. pillows only one dressing gown no room service menu or information on hotel not a lot of stock in the mini bar/ chocolate chips nuts bar. on checkout I informed the staff but wasn’t interested and she didn’t acknowledged the information that I told her.

The toilet was dirty and bathroom not very clean. Also, a gift was delivered that was not ours and before u could return it sometime let themselves in to get it when I said I'd bring it down to them.

Bery average hotel but location is good. Staff need a lot of work

location

no staff answering phone when trying to order room service, took 30 minutes and 3 calls to reception to get kitchen to finally take my room service order. Then when it arrived it was wrong. long waits at both check in and check out desks. in room dining menu very limited. no hdmi access to plug laptop into tv when wanting to work from room. lack of PowerPoints in room. to turn on shower have to get wet due to poor design of taps.

it felt dated and needs a refurbishment. I was under the understanding that it was a 5 star hotel. we had our bags taken at arrival and told to park off site when we got back to check in they were unaware of where our bags were and after an hr we called reception to be told you need to take your own bags up to your room. why were they taken from us then?

Underrated

The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept on. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The description of the hotel on Booking.com led me to believe that an in room massage service may be available, (my main reason for choosing this hotel). When I enquired about the service I was told it was only available in the junior suite. I felt that needed to have been stated in the description as it was misleading and inaccurate on Booking.com
