Excellent apart from other guests!

Nice spacious apartment, good facilitates, good location, private parking available (for a fee but worth it)

Other guests with no idea of how much noise travels or were just inconsiderate! We were on the ground floor which didn't help.

Once we figured out where the carpark was the place was week equipped and quiet.

No breakfast included

No second doona for the gold out bed. Blanket only.

CHARGED $50 FOR ITEM NOT MANTAINTED BY THE ESTATE

The apparent was nice, but the tv was outdated and had the smells of cigarettes.

On the day of arrival, I went downstairs to complain that the door Handel was broken and I still got charged $50 for it. It very unprofessional and did not expect that from them. Especially when we gave them a very early notice on the day of arrival.

Quiet location in lovely North Adelaide with easy transport to the city.

Great location in beautiful North Adelaide close to pubs and coffee shops. Free bus to the city was available across the road. Roomy apartment with everything we needed. Very quiet at night for sleeping.

Very slow internet. No hand towels. There were two flights of stairs to struggle up with suitcases but we were warned about these prior to arrival.

Great location and cleanliness, small details need attention and maintenance.

It had a very homely feel and the appartment was quite spacious.

The balcony was locked and inaccessible, the main light in the dining room did not work, the heater is slightly undersized and the 2x electric blankets did not work.

Fantastic place to stay and would stay again

The size of the room, the location of the property, the staff every thing really

Only criticism I have is that the bed was a little uncomfortable for myself and my husband. But that could just be personal preference.

we have stayed here quite a few times, however the last few times our 2 bedroom apartment we were allocated had a window above the main bed. the curtain over this window let’s light in behind it and directly into your face first thing in the morning, not fantastic if you don’t want to be awake before 6am

Great stay, very impressed

Perfect location, and room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean. A bonus was the short walk to the Old Lion Hotel for breakfast, where they make the perfect poached eggs.

I would stay again and recommend these apartments.

The location is excellent. very quiet with lovely shady courtyards out side the rooms. coffee and food close by. good laundry facilities in room includes a trough. opening windows with fresh air. spacious rooms with all kitchen facilities. king beds.

the king mattress was ok but could have been upgraded. shower wasn’t always hot and it didn’t have very good shower head.

Classy place to stay

It was clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, etc. There was a bus stop on the street out front providing free transportation to the market and downtown area including Rundle Mall. The car parking lot was underground and secured though it did cost $15 per day. This place has class

Very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. Lots of room and with a good kitchen. There are quite a few stairs to negotiate to reach the "Annex" and so it may not suit anyone who finds stairs difficult. The same venue also has apartments closer to reception so that may be a better option for some. Directions to the Annex were a little hard to see in the night-time. The apartments are lovely and quiet and very serviceable. The Lion Hotel next door has great meals although the 2 times we went there we spent quite a bit of time waiting either to give our order or to receive it. But the food and atmosphere is very good.

Perhaps a bit more lighting to show the way to the Annex would be good but otherwise everything was great.

An excellent stay in a very comfortable room. Love that all units are self-maintained.

The location was really great as we could walk to the many restorations and shops around the area. People were picking us up all the time for the wedding. Want to come back and bring my car since I saw you had parking.

Just need the selection of goods offered at breakfast. We wanted peanut and vegemite spreads but you only had strawberry jam and we got jam and we don't eat jam. Sorry.

A well equipped apartment complex, in North Adelaide

Everything was done well. We were given items in the kitchen to wash up, detergent for the washing machine, toiletries for the bathroom. The two heated under-blankets were a great cosy extra. The complex in conveniently located near to North Adelaide shops and cafes, and a short walk to Adelaide Zoo and the Botanical Gardens.

There was an internet connection but at times it would drop out. Perhaps this can be boosted.
