Excelente ubicación, el hotel es muy bonito, la alberca es muy buena

Terrible atención durante el check in, pareciera que te están haciendo el favor de aceptarte en el hotel, nos querían dar una habitación de menor categoría a la que habíamos reservado y al final nos dieron la correcta pero tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para que se nos otorgara. El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrece, hay mejores opciones en el área por el mismo precio.

Comfortable stay but could be better

Good location , good breakfast, excellent staff. The exterior was of hotel is really good. Lots of shops in the ground floor.

The rooms are little old and don’t give feel of 5 star property.

Excellent hotel.

Huge, modern hotel above a shopping centre? It sounds awful but it really is very good. Great location. Spacious room. Really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent room servicing. Good shower. Nicely furnished if a little old fashioned. Quiet, clean, safe. Pool great - decent size, good temperature, comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely recommend.

Price quoted doesn’t include taxes so read the small print!

An excellent place to stay for first-time visitors to the city.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room wasn’t super quiet because of its location, but it didn’t really affect me much. I had a great stay.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but I also didn’t try hard enough because I was out and about enjoying the city.

Comfort in the heart of Merida

Friendly staff at the front counter and helpful bellmen. Room was spacious, clean and well-furnished. Huge breakfast buffet spread. Strong internet. Good concierge service.

Lobby bar-restaurant had a poor wine selection and an ill-informed staff in respect of prices and varieties.

Great location, wonderful staff, would definately stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I was nice to be upgraded to the special guest floor. The coffee in the morning was appreciated

I would have liked to have had real milk available for morning coffee on the Fiesta Rewards Floor. Perhaps a little more snack selection.

A convenient location in a comfortable hotel but do not expect 5 star service.

Location to Paseo de Montejo is fabulous. Close to loads of restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. And still walkable to Centro. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and AC works well (a must in this part of the world)

Staff were definitely hit and miss, Fantastically friendly in the concierge and yet in the Club Lounge - the staff were mixed. One staff member was particularly rude. Not only to us but to others there that same night. We ended up talking to some of the other guest who expressed how disappointed they were also in the lack of service in the Club Lounge.

Property is nice but staff was not helpful at all

We upgraded our room and on check out they told us that we had to pay more because the lady that checked us in made s mistake with the total. Thhhenn, we paid for breakfast with our upgrade and the staff was not helpful in telling us where to get it. We were 8 total, 3 executive rooms, I almost started to feel like they didn't WANT us to get it. No thanks to visiting again.

It is the best hotel in Merida. And I've been going there for 20 years.

Very good

Comfortable room, evening service in the lounge. The manager of the restaurants was very friendly and help us to get vegetarian breakfast.

Included breakfast in the lounge only (not in the main breakfast) and has a very limited choice. Lounge staff was not friendly in the morning. 150 MXN extra if you want plain scramble eggs.
