Great value

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great location, good value.

Walls are thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. But we were so tired, it did not matter!

The breakfast is good, we have a decent meal

The wifi is extremely poor, for 4 star hotel like this, they should provide fast and good quality Wi-fi. It is hardly connected when I am on the second floor. The suit is nice. We enjoyed staying in there.

O experienta placuta

Totul a fost perfect: hotelul elegant și amplasat in zona centrală, personalul hotelului cu care am interacționat este format dintr-o echipa de oameni foarte amabili și atenti, mâncarea foarte buna, camera spațioasă și foarte curată.

Odličan Hotel

Hotel na prelepom mestu,nedaleko od samog centra grada,obezbijeđen parking.Osoblje hotela preljubazno.Hrana izvrsna,ukusna i raznovrsna.Soba hotela koju smo rezervisali je više ličila na apartman,ugaona i fotelja u jednom uglu sobe,a u drugom veliki krevet.Sve pohvale i preporiku za ovaj hotel.

Las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza es excelente. Muy buena ubicación para ir al centro andando.

Wyjazd na długi weekend na Zamek Bran

Świetna lokalizacja. 10 minut spacerkiem do centrum Starego Miasta. Parking darmowy przed Hotelem . Pokoje przestronne duże. Duża łazienka , akurat moja była z wielką wanną z jacuzzi. Czysto. Lodówka w pokoju . Pokoje z windą i klimatyzacja i dostępem do Stefy Wellness są za dopłatą o czym jesteś informowany podczas rezerwacji pokoju na stronie booking. Ja wybrałem tańsza opcję . Byłem też zadowolony. Jest to spokojna dzielnica w centrum Brasova. Jest to dobre miejsce wypadowe na zamek Bran bo blisko.

Tolles Hotel aber....

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat deshalb eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Es fehlt bei Vielem das letzte Quentchen, um wirklich toll zu sein. Z.B. hatten wir eine tolle Dachterrasse aber auch die lauten Ventilatoren der Klimaanlage - eine Ummantelung für Lärmschutz fehlt. Die Masage war super aber leider fand sie bei 30 Grad in unklimatisierten Räumen statt, Das Personal grüßt die Gäste nie aktiv. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay,aber es gibt nur Schnittbrot/Toastbrot. Brötchen müssen nicht sein aber dann sollte man frisches Brot zum Selbstschneiden anbieten, usw...

Location ,dimension of the room,cleaning în the bathroom

The room has a carpet with an intense smell of chimicals; this was not so proper for our child with alergies...but overall we handled the situation

Exceptional

The excellent location is very clean and has very polite staff. For healthy eaters, the breakfast provides fresh veggies and fruits. Easy to reach the main street, not to mention that it is close to my favorite coffee shop in Brasov, "Galleria Art and Coffee", which offers, besides good coffee, a great view over Tâmpa.

Awful for a hotel to try and extort money in addition to what was already payed for

I did enjoy the room, very big, lots of space, very warm.

I traveled with my kids, one of them being 3 years old. Booking on booking.com i opted for a 4 people room with half board. In the hotel at dinner, at first, they refused to give the ordered dish to the my kid, as per unwritten hotel policy that 3 years old get free lodging but NO FOOD. After debates and showing that i booked the hotel for 4 person and the fact that there is no where written that half board is granted based on age, they gave my son his dinner. Regardless my dinner was ruined, only good thing is that my kids didn't understood what was going on. I would advice anyone going to these hotels to email the hotel directly and ask for complete list of policies. It's a shame as the hotel is very well placed and the room (the duplex at least) is very nice, but these kind of behavior (Romanian behavior) will definitely rule out all Ambient accommodations , both business and leisure, for me in the future. I don't usually write reviews, but i understood that this practice is common at this hotel especially with foreigners.

Nice hotel located around 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Helpful team at reception. Breakfast nice but more suitable for 3-starts hotel.

One day hot water was a little bit rust color. Looks that was done some maintenance on hot water tubing.

it was pleasent but the hotel policy against rude clients doesn t exist

it was clean, the room was comfortable the food was good and it was close to the city centre.

i did not like tha fact that it was very noise due to some guests that were very noisy and nobody told them anything. the receptionist did do anything about it. I could also hear everything through the walls
