Bel hôtel typique très bien placé

La proximité avec tous les lieux typiques d’Aveiro. Le petit déjeuner. Le confort de la literie. La propreté des chambres et la gentillesse du personnel.

Certains clients bruyants irrespectueux.

muy caro para lo poco que ofrece

la ubicación es buena

tiene un precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. está anticuado, en el ascensor solo cabe una persona sin maletas y la habitación está muy anticuada, abri el armario y el olor a humedad era horrible. El desayuno tiene muy muy poca variedad.

Lovely small hotel with nice touches

Breakfast buffet was generous, varied, delicious, and made it easy to cater to allergies. They made a plate of scrambled eggs without butter for someone with a milk allergy.

Very small lift, as expected in Europe. so we sent 1 person with 3 bags in it, and walked up the stairs.

Great location, good breakfast and extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to sort out your problems.

The helpfulness of the staff when we had a breakdown with our rental car. They went above and beyond to sort out the roadside assistance and then a taxi service back to the car rental facility for a replacement car.

A relaxed place to stay, with friendly staff.

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance to most of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had requested at the time of booking gluten free options for breakfast, and all the staff were aware and provided appropriate food. The personal touches were wonderful, like providing chocolates and snacks in the room (even a gluten free option!).

The elevator is tiny. Parking is on the street (pay parking).

Centralized stay to visit Aveiro

perfect location, good breakfast and great family room

elevator was not working and it was super small so we couldn't use it and had to leave strollers in the entrance due to that

Pleasant and relaxing b

The location and the room were both wonderful (top floor, canal view). The young woman who checked us in (3/17) was so helpful, friendly. All the staff, really, were helpful. Aveiro is a lovely city; we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was adequate, but more variety would have been appreciated. The fresh orange juice is wonderful. Btw, tongs for each person=a great idea!

The location is right in front of the canal, quite place, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is perfect, well recommended for how ever is coming for a day or two. every thing is in walking distance
