Local com uma perfeita localização e apartamento aconchegante!

Ótima localização, muito boa mesmo. Apartamento lindo e aconchegante.

Do chuveiro, pois molha o banheiro e há poucas roupas de cama (mas nada disso nos incomodou! A estadia foi ótima) e sentimos falta de um espelho grande (tenha isso como críticas construtivas e não como uma má avaliação.)

Very good

Very confusing about how to get in. You are asked about arrival time and it says someone will meet you there. So, we aimed to be there when we said we would. We were running late, so I sent a message of new arrival. When we arrived there was noone there; we called and after three calls a person answers. He had sent a message with the code - which I had not noticed (another Booking.com message!), but we then got in OK. It would be VERY helpful if the facility informed the guests that there is a lockbox for the key and the code will be sent to you at whatever time. That would have saved us from trying to be there a certain time (very stressful) and from not getting in right away when we arrived.

Aveiro was v disappointing. The old town has been reconstructed into a tourist quarter, if you like bars and cafes cater

spacious

dirty floors- my feet were filthy. Very glum and dark, window opened onto a busy road, balcony looked onto a derelict wall.

Nice location with basic necessities

Nice and central, walking distance all the activities in town. 2nd time we stayed here.

They need to refresh the cutlery and crockery in the unit.

Centrally located and super friendly assistance. Booking process was simple and reminders kept us posted.

The front door jammed and locked us out but quick assistance was provided. Flies were quite a nuisance and a few cobwebs unpleasant to see when the unit was cleaned just before our arrival. Next guests were buzzing us almost an hour before our departure time and 5 hours before the online check-in time indicated.

Disappointed experience

Location, unfortunately nothing else :/

The host seams to be friendly, the apartment has not been clean to the highest standards lots of dust, no tea, coffee, sugar or kettle, the coffee maker not been cleaned after last use, terrace with dirty floor and birds poo also found on the table outside . We have paid for entire apartment but had to share it with flying ants or some kind of flies mainly in the kitchen and bathroom- which was handy to have some company while waiting for hot water to come through to have a shower ;) [ you have to laugh] , had to also clean the fridge as has been left on defrost full of water :/, very disappointing experience.
