Has been One of the worst stays in my whole life

Breakfast, location.

Room got freezing cold after midnight. Heaters didnt work at all. I have checked several rooms next day and none had working heaters. Receptionists couldnt provide any reasonable explanation. No mechanicmen showed up although they were supposed to come and check the heaters, and I had to request an additional blanket to be able to sleep. I have had even neck ache due to the cold room!

Personale assolutamente da evitare!!! Ragazzi alla reception per niente professionali, arroganti e spocchiosi. Prenotato tre stanze matrimoniali per un viaggio con amici in moto. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo gentilmente richiesto la possibilità di avere un posto sicuro e coperto dove lasciare le nostre moto, nessun problema, riservati tre posti auto al prezzo di euro 28 cadauno. Subito diciamo che 3 sono troppi, per 6 moto ne bastano 2 (tra l'altro, alla fine, abbiamo soggiornato con 5 moto), nessun problema, ci confermano che vanno bene due e comunque al nostro arrivo avremmo discusso di quanti posti auto fossero necessari. Arriviamo in hotel nel tardo pomeriggio e subito ci viene detto che il parcheggio dista a 5 minuti dall'alloggio (non specificato al momento della prenotazione), quindi, con 28 gradi, abbigliamento da moto e 500km sulle spalle, ci dirigiamo al garage per poi ritornare a piedi in hotel. Per il posteggio, ci vengono consegnate dal personale 3 tessere (quindi 3 parcheggi) e subito facciamo presente (di nuovo - una volta alla prenotazione) che per 5 moto sono sufficienti 2 parcheggi. Annuiscono, mandano ragazzo al parcheggio a controllare che conferma l'utilizzo di due parcheggi. Arrivati in hotel, consegna dei documenti e chiavi camere. Paghiamo la stanza e ci viene subito detto che andava versata una cauzione di 50 euro a camera oppure lasciare un numero di carta di credito come garanzia per gli extra, ok, lasciamo carta di credito. Paghiamo le tre camere chi in contanti chi con carta di credito (non quella della garanzia). Le camere ok che erano matrimoniali standard ma a livello claustrofobico, in più in una camera la porta del bagno grattava talmente tanto in terra che era impossibile chiuderla (privacy pari a zero!!). Colazione ottima, se non fosse per la temperatura da polo nord!

A localização é privilegiada. Perto de tudo. As toalhas são excelentes, o banho também é muito bom. Excelente café da manhã com espumante e muita variedade. Tudo fresquinho e caprichado. Amenidades da Occitane : perfeito!

A cama é macia demais ! Isso não foi muito bom para mim. Fiquei com dor nas costas. Alguém deixou um aviso de não perturbe na porta do meu apartamento e não fizeram a limpeza, mas foi só falar com o funcionário da recepção que tudo se resolveu da melhor maneira possível. Perfeito

Une superbe étape !

Tout a été parfait, de l'entrée a la sortie. Le confort était super, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. L'hotel se trouve dans une zone semi-piétonnière à quelques centaines d Emetres de l'hyper centre.

Great stay would come back again.

Excellent breakfast, a lot of variety, great quality. Excellent location very central to the old city and surrounding parks.

The temperature in the room could not be easily adjusted, the room was always too hot.

Skvělé ubytování

Skvělé snídaně a fantastické místo. Byli jsme tu na pár dní, abychom navštívili místní adventní trhy. Na recepci se skvěle postarali o auto, které odvezli do kryté garáže.

Značení cesty k hotelu, musí se vjet do pěší zóny mezi autobusové zastávky, což jsem nečekal.

Second time in Slon

Staff members are the true gem of this hotel. From the bellboy to the breakfast staff everyone was all smiles and helpfullness. Room was very spacious, and well equipped. Bed was an absolute delight. In room cosmetics were high class, and absolutely perfect. Breakfast varied,tasty and refreshing. Great tea selection.

Very small details (one of the windows in the room could not be fully closed), a bit of discoloration in the shower ceiling, but nothing maintanance can't fix, and am sure will be done soon enough.

Excellent hotel marred by a party till 1AM. Bring earplugs.

Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Location superb, right smack in the middle of the old town. Easily walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Breakfast was also very good. Room comfortable.

There was a party/function on the Friday night, on the 1st floor - we were on the 5th, but could still hear music until nearly 1am. Horrible experience, hardly any sleep. It must have been very, very loud to travel that distance. Completely ridiculous. Very thankful I wasn't on the 2nd floor which must have been even worse. We were offered a small discount and an apology.

Luxurious stay in high class hotel

We had a relaxing and luxurious stay at the hotel, Filip (on the reception desk) was very attentive and knowledgable and helped us to navigate the city superbly. You couldn’t ask for more - the service was wonderful. The location and breakfast were also excellent.

Purtroppo nessun componente dello staff parlava italiano. È stato difficile comunicare ogni richiesta. Sono sorpresa che ,in una struttura così grande , considerando anche il grande afflusso di clientela italiana, si trascuri questo aspetto.

Excellent place to stay in the centre of Ljubljana

On the last night in Ljubljana, I decided to stay at this hotel. It was centre of the city and within walking distance of everything. The hotel had very nice facilities (and history). The room was slightly old but very comfortable to stay.

I had a tour guide driving me to the airport, but he was not allowed to drive to the hotel, thus we had to choose a location nearby for him to pick me up. It was rather a hustle as when he stopped at the location, the local complained that he wasn't supposed to park there whilst it was only for 30 seconds for me to load my luggage.

Mitten im Altstadt

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, saubere Zimmer und sehr nette Personal.

Lage... Einerseits toll, mitten im Zentrum.. Aber vorm Haus gefüllt hunderte Jugendliche die das zum Bar(Hotel) gehörende WC Anlage überrant haben (Freitag) und Unruhe eingebracht haben... Sowas sollte nicht sein, Ein 4sterne Haus ist kein McDonalds..

Bei einem weiteren Besuch in L. würde ich wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und hatte ein sehr breites Angebot. Alles wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt. Es war eine gute Entscheidung, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. In einer Notlage erhielt ich verständnisvolle Hilfe an der Rezeption.

Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings war es mir etwas zu wenig warm in der Nacht. Aber ich hätte ja um eine weitere Decke bitten können.
